Creepiest/Scariest Video Game Character Ever

With the upcoming Halloween holiday, our thoughts turn to the creepy and scary creatures/monsters/people/Old men out there.

So, Who is the Creepiest/Scariest video game character ever?

If every clown in the world acted like this guy, then we would all be less likely to throw birthday parties and jails would be more festive (and way more dangerous).

Also, the noise in the water from Amnesia: The Dark Descent. Not really characterised, but if you have played the game, you will know what I mean.

The common infected from Left for Dead. How? Because no matter how many you kill, there are more. Many more. They never tires of chasing after you, and they come in packs of dozens. Plus, they just look creepy.

The disembodied head-thing from killer7 (I think her name was Sue or Suzy). Good gosh, she was creepy beyond all belief.

I am going to go with Sander Cohen in BioShock. He isn't outright scary, but his mannerisms definately rank high on the creepiness scale. You can clearly see that he is deranged and his requests are simply cruel, making you pass him off as just another psycho in a game full of them. That is, until you realize that he's as much a prisoner in rapture as you are and that all his actions are aimed only at one thing: To finish his masterpiece.

I second this. This has got to be the scariest thing that I've seen in a video game. I mean, clowns are scary to begin with, but this guys has chainsaws and laughs/cackles like a madman. I think that what happens when you defeat him is the scariest thing of all though. Just laughing like mad as he falls on his own chainsaws.
