When you first meet him he seems very innocent, a guy who's stuck in this town just like you and is sick in a bathroom. You begin to feel sorry for him. Almost like hes gonna become your sidekick, or a person you will have to save at some point. He's just a kid who was bullied and called names and is mad about it, but cant do anything because he is trapped by his own lack of self confidence.
But then, the evidence starts to stack up. You realize that dead bodies are starting to pile up around him and he seems even more emotional unstable with each meeting. His monologue about "how easy killin' is" is bone-chilling and deeply upsetting. When the tension finally culminates in the scene in the packing plant you realize just how dark the human soul is when pushed past its limits, and how even the most innocent of us have a dark side just waiting to burst out. And when its over, you're a murderer. You realize that the darkness that consumed Eddie has now consumed you. You took the life of another human being, and no matter how you try to justify it, you are no better than him. In his own twisted mind he saw himself as justified in his actions, and its no different for you.

No judging from me, friend. This abomination is from Silent Hill 4. The ghosts in SH4 are also creepy, not in that they look creepy, but how they can't be killed. They can be stopped, but you forfeit a weapon to do so, also, they inflict damage whenever they are near.

is it me, or is Eleanor Lamb from bioshock 2 really creepy? i mean, even if your good, she still says things like "This one died, alone and afraid, stand in my way and you get NOTHING more than the same!" and lets not even talk about what she says if you go evil...
Pyramid Head, Nemesis, and Dahlia Gillespie. She may not technically be a creature, but she's ugly and creepy enough to be.
