Creepiest/Scariest Video Game Character Ever

Redeads from OoT. They dont' LOOK scary, but when you're younger, there are 3 things:
1: The creepy sound they make
2: The fact that they paralyze you as they walk slowly towards you
3: Just look at what they do when they grab on... just plain wrong (in the funny way).

I remember when I was 6 that Andross from Starfox 64 creeped me out the first time I heard and saw him.

Now things don't scare me that much. I guess after all the zombie games and horror movies, I just don't scare that easily anymore. Unless the circumstances are just right...

Those Redeads freaked me out also.

Those headsprouter things from TimeSplitters: Future Perfect. I put one in a level once. Accidentally. So i got freaked out when I ran into him. So I killed him. HOLY SHIT! That sound they make when die is so loud and scary. I was wearing headphones, and it was louder than anything else in the game.
I just acted on instinct.
Also, if you want to hear the sound they make, play the game. It's great.

The Grandma from Luigi's Mansion, she was so disturbing, and it made me look heavily into paranormal phenomenas, and that just scared me further, was not fun.

I think Vincent from SH3 is very creepy, but he's also somehow... really sexy to me. I'm weird...
