Anyway, I just lay there (actually I was asleep) when some creepy, hairy, dark, mysterious, frightful came up the ladder of the bunker, and a "oh-my-god-my-what-the-fuck-is-he-doing-here-I'm-about-to-poop-my-pants" stress (in the dream) struck me. He came to strangle me, so I just was there, and he was strangling me. Just when I died, at that moment I woke up, and my throat was hurting. Besides the ones I have already mention, the one that freaked me out the most was being attacked by zombie Kittens. They walked upright, and held their front legs out like human zombies, and latched onto my leg. Well, I can't say I'm too glad someone else shares my experience, but it's glad to know I'm not the only crazy one haha... But good to know... The worst one for me involved myself running through a house that had no windows and I couldn't get to the outside... All doors led to more rooms, and of course there was a serial killer in the house with me... Ugh. Most recently in this dream which was pretty freaky, i was holding this vial of spiders in this sorta decrepid type of room. And i opened it and all these spiders crawled out and down my hands, they got bigger and bigger as they came onto my hand and eventually the next thing i know is that i'm in the foetal position on the floor surrounded by this men with HL2-esque spider heads.
Also i had a dream i heard noises down stairs, this one scarred me for ages, and when i went downstairs my mother was in the bath tub drowned. When i rushed downstairs there was a man outside on the phone, that dream scarred me. Checked the back door was locked for MONTHS.

One of my dreams had me changing into my school uniform only to be back in my normal clothes as soon as i left the house as a bus recurrently drove past.
My sister used to have nightmares that all the men in or family turned into Ringwraiths and pursued her to the ends of the Earth.

I once dreamt that I promised an old lady to keep an eye on her house while she was away.
The house was one of those typical mansions you see in haunted house movies and it was dark and, of course, storming.
I ring the bell, she lets me into the hall, gives me one of those huge keys they don't make anymore, says "If something goes wrong, you always have the key." and leaves.
I walk into the living room and the first thing I see is someone else in a long black dress/robe standing with his/her back to me.
Nervously I say "Eh, hello?".
The person turns around and at the same moment turns into a big hairy wolf like creature and dashes towards me.
I ran, up the stairs with it right after me. The stairs keep coming and coming.
Eventually the snarling behind me stops and I get a chance to catch my breath, the beast was gone.
For some reason I though that was the time to explore the house some more.
The wallpaper was always green and every door I opened led to either a bathroom or a bedroom.
When I walk into bedroom number 12 thinking "What does an old lady do with so many bedrooms?" I hear the growling behind me again.
The beast was right at the other side of the corridor running towards me.
That's where things get Freudian, as I remember the key, which all of a sudden has a spike on it.
I grab the key, hold it in front of me, the beast jumps and gets the key right in it's chest.

Best and scariest dream I ever had, it felt great when I woke up.
I had this Really strange dream were i was in a desroyed city holding a Half-life like crowbar in one hand and a smaller one in the other and there were strange little girls wearing girl scout uniforms but had ragdoll like faces and Razor sharp teeth and they would run after me and i would have to beat them to death so i didn't die. it was like being ina very strange FPS there was chaos everywere people dying allover.I can't remember the rest but the dream ended in a hotel that didn't have beds just Hottubs it was freaky.
I had a dream not long ago where I was running though a corn field being chased by a man in a shirt, with a red tie and a moose head. He kept waving his arms around and making mooing noises. It was pritty freaky. Then I got home (for some reason I lived in a tree house) and all my family had become vampires. I went to bed, and there was a mooses head on the wall...then some credits started rolling, like it was the end of a movie, then a woke up. Im serious, I watch way to much tv.
Without having played the game, but having watched all of it's currently realeased vids i dreamt i was in a tone-down version of dead space pretty creepy xD. Aside from that various other dreams where freaky ilogical stuff happens like tearing my own arm off for no reason then sitting in mid street while my uncle ( who used to work at the red cross) sews it back on to me and i instantly regain it's motion, now THAT was weird stuff.
Few years ago i had a proper nightmare, I mean I usually dream fairly often (that I can remember that is) and they are for the most part odd but this was horrible. It was a sort of post-apocalyptic dystopian future. There was some war on I'm not sure what about or with whom but there were some sort of people's militia or rebels. Lots of shooting, loud noises, being chased... Not good.
Was hiding in cover behind a lorry carrying a tank of petrol, someone shot it- *Bang* woke up Migraine, fever the works.
I felt awful.
When I was four I dreamt a log at the back of our garden turned into a ridiculously large blue slug when sat on. I stayed away from that for a while.
