I'm gonna go ahead and expand this to ANYTHING and Dr. Who. Seriously, I want to see the Doctor stare down Kratos, post world-destruction shenanigans. How fucking cool would that be? I mean...how would the Doctor DEAL with someone like that?

I have no idea how it would make any sense, but it's Dr. Who....They could find a way. Reverse the polarity and all that.

ALSO: Uncharted and Mass Effect. So, a game set in the Mass Effect universe, but with an Uncharted-style story. So all that people-shooting/treasure-hunting/structure-climbing business...BUT IN SPACE. Possibly even in zero-gravity(You know how Naughty Dog loves their physics). There's even a lost civilization with high technology already built into the mythology. AND chest-high walls everywhere. I kinda feel like they'd be a perfect match.

Also, as human frigates are named after famous battles, the Normandy could instead be the Hoover Dam. And as cruisers are named after cities, the SSV Shady Sands, anyone?

This was pretty much going to be my answer. Doctor Who can go with ANYTHING and I'd be happy.

Mass Effect, Fallout (he had a cameo in the first in a random encounter, I want to know what he was doing there), Deus Ex, Planescape, Avatar (The James Cameron version), Sherlock obviously - there's just so many times I want to see what he'd do in those situations.

Metroid and Halo: Mostly just to repeat that awesome Haloid animation that floats around youtube, minus the "Cheif's a girl!" ending.
Zelda and Skyrim/Oblivion: Free roaming and leveling up with Zelda's unique mythological world. Maybe even add more lore to the rather shakey Zelda worlds.
Skyrim/Oblivion and 3D Dot Game Heros: Basically just modding made easy.
