The first time I used a bunker buster airstrike in Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction.
It was the first time I played the game and it was actually the demo, a bunch of friends and I were playing it and was so memorable we can almost remember the exact words we said when it happened.

I liked the way you found that out with one planet still to go, so you had to run around saving old ladies cats from trees and stuff knowing you were one of the most powerful and deadly persons in the universe, and mentioning you were Revan became a conversation topic, but no one believed you. For me the warthog run at the end of Halo CE was awesome, if only because I managed it with only 7 seconds to spare, I was almost peeing myself running the very last stretch to the ship.
Also Command and Conquer 3, although a pretty average game, was worth it just to see the opening scene of EVA spluttering back to life and exclaiming "Welcome Back, Commander."

Oh look, another chance to shove some of my favourites in everybody's faces.

This one was accidental, but i stole an empty bottle in the citadel (fallout 3) and 3 hours later post game questing was innaccesible. Therefore i quote dorkly's gamebook of new vegas. "Its going to be hard to explain how slaughtering this entire town was self defense".
The first time I hit the E4 as a kid in Yellow. I just was completely knocked away by having my rival beat me to the championship. The music for that fight remains one of my favorites as well.
