"Look into your heart!"

John Turturro's performance gets me everytime.

"Donnie Darko" when the song "Mad World" comes on.
"The Butterfly Effect" when, about half-way through he attempts suicide in one of his many many lives.

And a special note for the ending of "The Devil's Rejects". Not tearful, just ALWAYS gives me goosebumps (might be the song...)

The one film I properly cried at was Requiem for a Dream, which I'm surprised no one has mentioned. That has to be the most harrowingly depressing films I have ever seen. Its really good though.

The part at the end where they're all curled up in their beds after (cant remember names) the girl does what she did for the heroin, the black guy is in prison and the white guy has his arm amputated. That was rough.

I didn't quite cry at that, but I was pretty stunned afterwards...Very good film.

In the end of Gran Torino when Walt gets shot and through the rest of the movie all the way through the credits.

Just watched a few minutes ago actually.

And also at the end of Forest Gump when Jenny dies.

I never outright cried at a movie, but some movies have really touched me.

When I first watched the end of the Japanese version of Dark Water I got a little bit choked up
EDIT:As well as the ending to The Devils Rejects! The music just blended so well with the story and the action!

I nearly cried while watching Wolverine.
Despite Hugh Jackman scowling for most of the film, somehow he managed to give the impression of a man betrayed and betrayed again, believing in nothing and trying desperately to hold on to something
