I have never cried during a movie, and I was wondering, what movies made you cry?
I'm not emotionaly numb, or maybe it's just because I don't watch the right movies, but they just don't make me cry.
I'm a pretty sunny person, I'm happy most of the time! I enjoy life too much to be sad!
How do you feel most of the time?

First off, a lot of threads lately about this so please, use the searchbar. In relation though,

Bridge to Teribethea made me cry.
Toy Story 3.
Saving Private Ryan.

And Band of Brothers.

Also, I'm an optimist.

Only one film ever, at age eight...

The Search for Christopher Robin

Specifically, this part:

The Green Mile & The Last Samurai, I don't tend to cry much at films, it's TV series that get me, I develop a closer connection to characters over a few years rather than a hour or so.

It's obviously never just crying throughout, but individual scenes. I will list a few:

Braveheart - Freedom!
Saving Private Ryan - Tom Hanks dies.
Top Gun - Goose dies.
Knocked Up - Baby is born (I had my first child like the day before I watched it the first time.)
Return of the Jedi - Anakin's ghost... because I'm a giant nerd.
The Green Mile - John Coffey dies.
Marley and Me - My dog had just died.

Get Low. I cried like a baby through the entire latter half, in the theatre full of people. Not that quiet, dignified kind of crying, either. Sobbing.

It was pretty embarassing.

I don't watch too many movies, but Bridge to Terabithia (I was nine or ten at the time) and Toy Story 3 were sad as fuck.

I don't think a movie has ever made me cry.

I did shed one tear during Clannad After Story though.

Titanic when I was in kindergarten (that dead baby always got me)!

The Green Mile when Tom Hanks is putting John Coffy on the chair.

Wait, Tom Hanks dies? Wow, I've seen this film a few times and I have absolutely no recollection of this happening.
I was very young when I saw Edward Scissorhands and the part where the old inventor dies and Edward cuts his cheek made me reeeeealy sad.
I didn't cry but more recently the endings of "Everything is illuminated" and "Superbad" made me sad too.
Yes. The old man at the beginning is Matt Damon's character visiting Tom Hanks' character's gravesite. He died defending the bridge.

Well, I guess it's a pretty bland movie then.
I really hope your not talking about saving private ryan, i will defend that film to the death.

Cast Away. Especially in Wilson's final scene. Great movie, but wow was it a tear-jerker.
i remember last time me and my mum watched and we were laughing so hard at the wilson bit because my mum said that the film would be completly different if he was called spalding
