I managed to create a new account (on an email address that the game's login had already said was being used...), only the validation link they sent me was actually one to reset my password.Wolfram01 said:My thoughts. It's shit. Why? Because I can't login. Gives me a stupid "invalid name" error when clearly it's not invalid. I guess it's a minority of people with this issue but still, I'm not the only one.
Rumours from who? I very much doubt it. None of the demos are the latest builds of the game, as far as I'm aware. And DX10 was supported in Crysis from launch.ph0b0s123 said:There are rumours that it may launch like that as well, with maybe DX10 / 11 coming later in patches. Some much for the phrase 'will it play Crysis?...'
Fairly sure it's hardcore-Advanced-Gamer, but theres so little difference it's fairly moot anyway.tris4992 said:The multiplayer is cool and has a very unique feel to it but somebody please tell me,
gamer, advanced and hardcore
are those the graphics from high to low or am I totaly wrong ? I got no idea![]()
Same goddamn problem! I tried for hours to change my name and password, but it turned out that the MyCrysis website is an absolute mess. No matter what I clicked on the page would always crash. Although one should expect this defective nonsense from a beta.Wolfram01 said:My thoughts. It's shit. Why? Because I can't login. Gives me a stupid "invalid name" error when clearly it's not invalid. The original had a demo with DX 10. The first game had DX10 from early in the devolpment. I find it very worrying that they only seem to be looking at DX 10/ 11 for builds after the demo. That's why I and others say console port. Bet there won't even be much in the way off tessellation and other DX11 goodies.Woodsey said:I managed to create a new account (on an email address that the game's login had already said was being used...), only the validation link they sent me was actually one to reset my password.Wolfram01 said:My thoughts. And if I try to log in to the site or the game (USE. FUCKING. STEAM.) nothing happens.

Sometimes, I feel like the only one who watched those videos showing how they built the game.ph0b0s123 said:The original had a demo with DX 10. The first game had DX10 from early in the devolpment. Again. Graphics do not make a good game on their own. And Crysis 2 may well be a good game. But Crytek and Crysis have just lost their pushing the PC graphics envelope reputation...
Yeah, I know. I am probably jumping the gun, and all maybe fine.....Woodsey said:Sometimes, I feel like the only one who watched those videos showing how they built the game.ph0b0s123 said:The original had a demo with DX 10. Also, the first 360 demo was a pretty old build, and this demo (this is not an indication of the game) seems to be the same thing.
