I loved that game. Im sad that the sequels were cancelled.

How do you kill him? You can blow him up, but that's only his fleshy avatar. So no, he wouldn't be killable. Also, you look upon him, you go crazy basically (even a statue). So maybe show him just before the credits before you kill yourself. *BAM* Credits roll. Best ending ever!

I could be wrong but i think Cthulu appears in Castlevania: SOTN. Only... it wasn't an exactly difficult enemy.

anyways, cthulu is easily the most badass thing to ever exist in any story. i would imagine that an appearance as maybe a summon you could use would be a decent way to place him in a game. i dunno tho. maybe its best left untouched. i dont really want to see him pop up in every other game after he shows up in one.

Part of the whole point of the Great Old Gods in Lovecraftean horror is that they can't be killed. Or that they're already dead? Or some schrodinger shit going on there.

So, no. You can't hope to stop C'thulhu, you can only hope to contain him... with Elder Signs, of course
