Currently, it's anything off Addicted.
Someone else who loves DT???? *highfives!*
I... I pretty much go on about him whenever a topic even remotely relevant comes up!
More Devin love, woo!
Woo indeed! Not to go off topic or anything but.........is Addicted your favorite album?
I'm a fan of Synchestra, personally.

OT: Albatross by Corrosion of Conformity has been rocking my world lately.

Not sure why, but that one seems to be a typical fan favourite.

Yeah, not really sure myself. I don't think Ocean Machine gets enough love, honestly.
[sub][sub]I've such a hard on for that album.[/sub][/sub]
*ahem*

Also, I'd say every album has their charms in some way. 'cept the self titled SYL album. I just found it boring.[footnote]Relentless is still great of course[/footnote] :/

I'm thinking it's cause Synchestra got more press than many of his other solo albums, which drew a bigger following. I like it cause it's nice and progressive without being the "joke" that was Ziltoid. Really though, I'm more familiar with SYL's work. City is good, but Alien's intense.

Yeah, he even stopped taking his bi-polar medication to make the writing more frantic.
Crazy bastard... :D

Woo, Townsend love! My day has slightly improved by finding fellow fans of him.
[sup]I feel like a poser as the only stuff of his I've really listened to is SYL's albums[/sup]

On topic: Probably this at the moment:

At the moment that would be Man of the Hour by Falconer, a swedish power metal band.

Followed closely by Clarion Call

And Dreams and Pyres, both of which are also done by Falconer.

So far the only band whose songs I've consistantly liked... Well, at least the ones that have Mathias Blad as the lead singer, at least.

I guess I should probably put Rock and Hard Rock too...

Rock: Lost for Words, Pink Floyd, off of Division Bell, or ANYTHING off of Highway 61 Revisited, by Bob Dylan (with a STRONG preference for Desolation Row)

HARD Rock: Hrm... that's a hard one... Hard Rock Hallelujah, by Lordi. Yup. Or Would You Love a Monsterman. MAYBE Another Way to Die by Disturbed... That's a good one too!

This count as rock? No? Well, I tried.
As you may have guessed, I don't listen to much rock or any of that. I'm too busy listening to 8-bit music and its knockoffs, deluding myself into thinking I was actually around when gaming first took off.

Kiuassult by KIUAS. It's not the greatest song, but it's fun and has a ton of energy :)

I was somewhat dissapointed by the new Disturbed album :(
