What is your current favourite game? That one little game you bring out every so often cause you had the urge to play it more often than the other games? Tell us a little about why it is so great! =)

Mine would be Dragons Dogma, the combat is great, pawn pimpin' is fun. And of course the ability to climb around on bosses.. Gawd, screw quick time events. This is how you should handle boss fights! (At least as far as I've come in the game, not really sure how far into it I am, halfway perhaps?

I haven't played Dragon's Dogma since I completed it.

Maybe time for me to start a fresh character and try a different playstyle.

I'm thinking Magick Archer, since I was an Assassin in my last game.

Currently playing the crap out of Skyrim again, with new characters and the Dawnguard expansion.

I suppose my current favourite would be League of Legends. For some reason I keep going back to it even though the community can be the worst hive of scum and villainy this side of Demacia at times...

Playing some mid lane Orianna is awesome, nine out of ten people don't fully understand what The Ball is or what exactly it can do. Or they don't notice it. Either way it gets me a free Dissonance (her main damage ability that at level 5 just chunks somebody's health all on its own) when they just herpaderp over it. Then you see them take a wide berth around it every time they see it.

Seriously this one Ranked game had my friend as Akali mid against an Orianna and he was getting destroyed.

"What do I do against her?! What can she do?!"

"Avoid the ball!"

"Not helpful!"

"Watch out for the badass ultimate!"

"I'm dead!"

Once bursted a Tryndamere down before he could press R, just don't ignore my ball if you want to live once I get my Deathcap + Hourglass.

Oh remind me never to play Katarina, ever. She is the glassiest of the glass cannons it isn't even funny. As in, you don't get a kill or assist with her first round of burst you are dead. No questions asked.

Not like most other casters where you can dick around on the edges of the fight for a second while you wait for Summon Fiery Death to come off cooldown (I.E. Morgana or Lux) Maybe I need to invest in some movement speed quints for her. You don't even have a decent escape option unless a minion wave just so happens to pass by. Morgana or Lux can lead people on a merry chase by just turning around and lobbing a binding every time it's off cooldown. Ahri just presses R three times and she's out.

Yeah you can Shunpo to wards for a free Flash but this is Normal and literally nobody gives a fuck about wards!

Persona 4 is still my favourite game of all time ever. Doubt that is ever going to change short of releasing a Persona 5 that probably still won't be better than 4.

Right now I have been playing terraria a-lot. It is just so addictive. I absolutely despised the Dungeon. It ended before it gave me a Murumasu so i had to hack one in. I don't know why it is so fun though. Other games I get addicted to I usually know why. I think it might be the sense of discovery.

Final Fantasy IX.

I love it. It was my Childhood. And I will always love it. Seriously the best game I got.

Atm i'm really enjoying Space Marine: 40k on the 360, It's just got a really fantastic game feel to it (ie the controls and the feedback from the game, is the correct term kinasthetics?)

plowing though hoards of orks and demons is so much fun it's still to grow old.

That aside Daytona USA on XBLA is usually the main go to game I have.

I highly recommend it. The only downside at all about it is the lack of ALL 649 pokemon.

But they did fit my Favorite Pokemon of all time and of the 5th generation in there so that was good enough for me. Also, challenging as hell, if you know what you're doing, you'll win. If you don't you're gonna lose quick.

It alternates between River City Ransom EX and a flash game called Kingdom Rush [http://www.kongregate.com/games/Ironhidegames/kingdom-rush]. I find my fondness for the latter strange since I've never cared about strategy games that don't have the NIS America logo in the corner of the box. As for RCR EX, I never grow tired of rolling into people like a human bowing ball and beating them to death with trash cans and ladders.

Team Fortress 2. Since I can game everyday, it's the holidays for students in NZ right now, I have a need to play a competitive online shooter and TF2 sucked me back in with the Pyromania update.

I'm currently enjoying Battlefield 3 (pc version) again. TF2 is pretty fun on occasion though.

At the moment, Super Meat Boy. I had an urge to speedrun the whole thing after months out of the loop and I found that I definitely had lost some skill in it. Now, I want to master the damn thing. Oh my god. So tense. So good! Probably my favourite platformer, ever.

Runner-up is Deus Ex: Human Revolution. I'm playing on Give Me Deus Ex difficulty and basically scouring the entire world for emails, newspapers, sidequests and character interactions. The world is really, really absorbing. Truly is. So yeah, enjoying that a lot. That game really does make me use my thinking brain. (Not specific to the game itself, it just makes my brain run a little better. Probably all the faux-philosophy that's so prevalent.)
