My worst experience on a team? TF2, with bots. Specifically on Hoodoo. BLU team got stuck in two places: a dead end, and a balcony. Hey, bots! You know, if you would just walk a few more feet to the right instead of ramming yourselves into the railing, you'd actually get to the payload! And you, Soldier who almost makes it down the ramp but suddenly changes his mind and goes back to ramming yourself against the railing, why are you so very stupid?

My worst experience on a team of real people is TF2 as well, but for them, not for me... There was one point this medic ubered me and I kinda got lost... I couldn't find any members of the opposite team... I felt so so terrible that once I got the chance to type, I immediately apologized for my stupidity. No one said anything though...

What's worse is the betrayal system, you usually can't boot them for doing that which is BS. I'll usually use up all the shots in my power weapon if they're trying to kill me. Honestly they should just take out friendly fire period, that would stop this crap.
Yeah, the betrayal system in Reach is some what hit and miss. I've been given many attempts to boot people for accidental grenade kills but yet never been given the chance for ones that are intentional. And I've always been booted due to accidental betrayals. (Ones where you lob a 'nade into a room and a team-mate sprints in after it. -_-)

It seems that either they're too stupid to notice the differance between intentional and unintentional betrayals or the community is full of assholes.
