Mass Effect, before Ilos, when Udina grounded you. Basically, he's doomed the galaxy to save short term face (just like the politician he is). Anyway, his send-off is "Get back to your ship Shepard. The Council can handle this, with my help of course." I would have given my right nut to be able to punch him out.

Raiden vs. Vamp - the final battle.

The worst part about that cutscene is it was one of the coolest fights in videogame history, and I couldn't look at the damn thing as I was too busy shooting Gecko's with a Rail gun. Thats one of the parts that really annoyed me, there was no way for me to watch that without getting someone else to play the game for me.

That sucks, but that's what Youtube is for, I guess.
