Just about any of the cutscenes in Devil May Cry 3. Especially the ones that would have made good levels.

Like most people have already said, any DMC scene. DMC4 especially, at least in DMC3 you could do some of the moves the scenes had (I for one loved surfing on downed demons, firing Ebony and Ivory all over the place).

You basically do that when you fight Xehanort. I actually want to be able to play the Roxas/Sora fight

Yeah, but it wasn't quite the same. Roxas vs. Riku with hundreds of Shadows and Neoshadows would be twice as awesome.
