There are way too many moments in Telltale's The Walking Dead series that got to me to focus on just one... but here goes

The most touching one for me was Clementine's near-death experience in Season 2 Episode 5.

CAPTCHA: Fool's paradise

I think it's talking about Wellington

I really really wished you had specified season 2 or at least mentioned it before the actual spoiler...

Fire Emblem: Awakening, chapter 13, the big reveal, especially if the female avatar is involved.
Also chapter 21, especially if the avatar is the lover.

The scene in Final Fantasy X involving Yunalesca, man those were freaking good and really get me, especially Auron.
"And, the cycle went on..."
I had the female Avatar the first time playing, with the avatar as the lover. I feel that is the best way the game plays out, because those are great moments, and my character with the eye patch was awesome.

One scene that really got to me was the ending of Ys Seven, a game that would've been perfect if it had the battle system of Celceta.

So you beat the awesome final boss and broke the cycle of the land. Tia can finally gets out of her fate of causing the Dragon Warrior to go through the trials every cycle. Just before she disappears, her adopted sister Maya comes. When she goes to Tia and yells her name, since she's been mute, it's really powerful. Maya was a character I loved as well as Tia, both tragic but had each other. After replaying it again recently, even knowing it coming, I was almost in tears.

I also have to say a lot of Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, especially the last 30 minutes. That 30 minutes had me go through a lot emotions, more than any game has ever before. If you are a JRPG fan, you have to play this game.

The first game to make me cry like a child at the end. I couldn't even talk about it with friends or family because tears just welled up again.

Just the music is a grim reminder. "Don't be afraid" were the last words Lee spoke to her in my game before putting him out of his misery.

The Kingdom Hearts 2 end made me cry too but that was happiness and way back when I was young and naive and they didn't keep making games. I thought that was the end and I was so happy to see it wrapped up so nicely.

The third thing that comes to mind is in the

when Sarah died. TEN MINUTES IN and I was already tearing up. Not even mentioning the part in the restaurant (which also made me cry because I guess I'm a sucker for father/daughter relationships which could sum up both these and the Walking Dead)

Video games touch me in a way no other medium has. Maybe because you play the character? Such as I was actually really depressed the first time I went through Dragon Age: Origins. The end got to me specifically for a number of reasons but I had to think about whether the choices I made were the right ones.

I'm not getting any originality awards here. TLOU is high on the list same goes for SpecOps-the line and RDR.
To add something new i like to mention all of the classic Lucas Arts adventure intros. I always get nostalgia goose bumps whenever i rewatch them on youtube.
