CYOA: "Third planet from the sun!" Act 1: The battle of "Khe san!"

Okay, that´s it!
You pull up your gun and point it at his nuts.
"Woah woah woah, what the hell are you doing?!" he screams.
"Okay, starting now, i´m all ears and you´re all mouth, so start talking!"
"Or what? You´ll blow my balls off? That´s illegal! You´d end up in jail!"
"And i don´t care! So start talking!"
He looks just as smooth as before.
"Mate, don´t make me repeat myself. LEAVE.ME.ALONE."
GODDAMN! Maybe he´s telling the truth.
However, before you can finish that thought, he kicks you in the stomach and begins running away.
You fall over and grasp for air.
Your squad begins chasing after him.
You get up and follow.
He runs out the back door, into an empty alley.
You follow him out to the street and into another hallway.
It´s a deadend.
He turns around and looks at you.
"We´ve got you now, scumbag. Tell us what we want, and we´ll arrest you quick!"
"You don´t scare me, copper! My gang will make you pay for this!"
"Where are the supplies? Who took them?"
"The supplies have already been sold to that asshole Hal."
"What? And he didn´t know?"
"He did. He was in for it the whole time! Infact, he´s the one who hired us to get supplies for him!"
"What "us"?"
"Me and my gang! The Vultures!"
"Well, i´ll have a word with your gang then!"
"No wait! Please don´t! If they find out that i ratted them out, they´ll kill me!"
"Trust me. They won´t. One way or another."
"Wait, you´re not gon-"
"Maybe. We´ll see."
The man mumbles something in another language.
"Fine. But please tell me that´s the last question."
"Yeah. Unless...maybe..."

A:What the hell are The Vultures?
B:How are you connected to this?
C:Enough talk, arrest him.
D:Enough talk, kill him.

"Sorry mate. You know what i said about going to jail before? I lied. I do care. And if i arrest you, there´s a good chance you´ll rat me out on "Inproper" treatment. And we can´t have that."

You pull up your knife, dash forward and stab him in the gut.
He let´s out a pained groan. You feel him struggling in your arms.
He let´s up a little. Then some more. Finally, when he´s stopped struggling, you carefully put him on the gorund.
"Rest in peace." you say and put the knife back in your holster.
You lift him up and throw him in the dumpster.
You walk out into the street.
"You did the right thing. We can´t have dirt like him causing trouble down here when we´re trying to fight aliens and shit." says Daniel.
"I agree. Right Kate?"
She mumbles something.
You know where the Vultures hideout is. Kate used to tell stories about them.
You walk to the adress. Their mansion doesn´t exactly blend in with the rest of the rundown or broken buildings. It´s shining like it was built yesterday.
There´s two guards standing outside the entrance.
You walk up to them.
"Piss off, pipsqueak. Only Vultures go here."
"Oh really? Because i happen to know some quite unsettling fact about your deal with Hal."
The man´s face turns a shade whiter.
"I see. Come in."
He escorts you up to the leaders office. You´ve heard Kare talk about their leader. It is said she is quite proficient in combat.
You walk into the office. You see a women in a black outfit performing some tricks with a Laser sword.
"Hello. We´re here abo-"
"They told me on the radio. Tell me how much."
"What?"
"How much money do you want to keep your mouths shut about this? I´m trying to decide if it´s more worthwhile to cut your heads off instead."
"Are you suggesting bribery?"
"Yes."
"I see."

You pull up your shotgun and blow one of the guards away.
You take cover behind a piece of furniture.
"You´ll never survive! Surrender and we´ll make it quick!" says the leader.
"NEVER!" you scream.
Daniel pull out a sword. It´s old and rusty and has an inscription.
He jumps over your cover and attacks the closest guard, slitting his throat.
The leader makes and attack against Daniel. He dodges and punches her in the stomach.
She stumbles backwards. Daniel follows up with slice from his sword. The leader get´s a brutal cut on the leg. She falls down.
You get out of cover and point your shotgun at her.
"No...wait...please!" she pleads.
"To late to plead, asshole!"
Ten more guards show up.
"Make one move, and i´ll kill your leader!" you scream.
The guards are afraid to shoot now.
"Let´s take this nice and slow. I´ll hand over your leader to the cops. If you don´t attack, you´re free to go and live your lives and stuff."
The guards look at eachother.
"Ok, mate, you´ve got a deal." says one of them.
"WHAT? You backstabb-" But before she can finish, Kate knocks her out with her sniper rifle.
"I´ve always wanted to do that." says Kate.
You escort her down to the local police station.
You walk into the station. It´s old and beaten.
"Hello, welcome to the local police station." says a bored officer.
"Hi. This women is guilty of treason in the highest degree. Have her locked up."
"Sure, buddy, sure, as long as you can finance the money needed to keep her in jail."
"What?"
"Well, with all the money the goverment has blown on Khe san, we no longer have prisons. You get executed for any crime. You aren´t naive enough to think that Khe san wouldn´t take it´s toll on earth, are you?"
"Well, but..."
"Buddy, just hand her in."
You´ve got no choice. Letting her go now is treason.
You hand her in. The officer escorts her to a backroom. You hear a gunshot.
Damn it.
Now, you need to deal with Hal.
You go to Hal´s shack.
You step inside and walk up to Hal. He´s behind the counter.
"Howdy there. Want anymore supplies?"
"No. But i think you need some more."
"What are you talking about?"
"I know your game, Hal. You´ve asked criminal´s to steal supplies so that you can sell them for outrageous prices!"
"Shit...please don´t hand me in, they´ll kill me."
"I won´t hand you in. If i want you dead, i´ll do it myself."
"NO! Please don´t kill me! I´ll pay! Please!"
"What do you think, Gang?" you ask.
"Kill him. We can´t have filth like him." says Daniel.
"Spare the basterd. He won´t do it again." says Kate.
"If i spare you, you won´t do this again?"
"No sir!"
What now?
A:Kill Hal.
B:Spare Hal(1500$+)

You fly to back to the station.
The guard that gave you the job is waiting for you when you land.
"Ah Danny! How did it go? Did you get the supplies?"
"Yeah. I found out who stole them too. They won´t be a problem anymore."
"Fantastic! You´ve exceeded all expectations, Whaltz! Here´s your reward. I´m throwing in an extra 1000$ just because you dealt with it so smoothly!"

Now, the gunshop is closed for today, so there´s nothing left to do except go to sleep.
You go to sleep.
You wake up the next morning with an eerie feeling in your gut.
At 6 ´o clock today, you´ll be shipped to the station orbiting around Khe san. The morning after that, you´ll get shipped down to Khe San.
But no time to mope around about that. The clock is 11:24.
You´ll have to meet The Stoners in the cafeteria at noon.
But before that, what should you do?
A:Buy some new gear.
