CYOA: "Third planet from the sun!" Act 1: The battle of "Khe san!"

C it is!
You walk up to a Guard.
"Hi there. Is there anything i can do to help?"
"Yup. You can do the dishes and stuff."
"Kay."
You proceed to do the dishes and stuff until noon. (100+)
You walk into the cafeteria.
Holy shit! The stoner have tripled in size! There´s 12 of them!
"Hello there, Whaltz. Ready to get your ass kicked?"
"More ready then i´ll ever be, Stone."
You run towards eachother.
Albert get´s first blood as he brutally tackles one of The Stoners out of the way and punches another.
Kate leads four of them into a corner and begins using some dirty tactics she learned on the street.
Daniel grabs one of the Stoners and burns his face with his cigarette.
Gabriel is guarded by two of the biggest members.
You throw yourself forward and attack.
One of the guards blocks your attack and the other kicks you in the stomach.
You fall to the ground. Your head starts spinning.
You try to get up, but Gabriel kicks you in the face.
You fall back down. Your mouth tastes blood.
"You think you can fight the stoners!?"
You get up, but Gabriel grabs your hand and forces you to the ground.
"I know you. Think you´re so great. Well, how does it feel to lose, Whaltz!?"
You look around. A crowd has gathered round.
Your teammates have gone down. Only Daniel keeps fighting.
"There was no way...we could win..."
What you´re saying is true. You might have won if you had a plan...but it´s too late now.
"Well folks! Here´s Danny Whaltz, exposed for the massive ***** he is! But wait, there´s more!
We´re gonna give Whaltz a bonus!"
He walks up to the man hosting the cafeteria.
"Give me todays dish water. NOW!" he screams.
Oh god no.
The assistant comes with a bucket of dirty dishwater. You did the dishes.
Yesterday´s food was disgusting. The dishes...you´d p
refer not to think about it. You´re too tired to resist.
He goes up to you and dumps the water on you. Everyone laughs.
"But wait! Why only dump it on him? We can make him drink it!"
Oh no, oh god no!
He get´s another bucket. One of his guards force you to open your mouth.
Then, out of nowhere, Gabriel falls to the ground. It´s Daniel.
"I´m still standing, dipshit." he says.
He grabs the bucket and empty´s it on the guard holding you.
The guard stumbles back and pukes. He´s down.
The other guard tries to attack, but Daniel does a swift move and breaks his arm.
Gabriel is crawling on the ground.
Daniel takes the cigarette out of his mouth.
"Time to get burned, Gabriel." he says.
But before he can finish, Johnson comes in.
"WHAT THE HELL?! PUT THAT DOWN, SOLDIER!" he screams.
Daniel drops his cigarette.
"Did you start this?!"
Daniel looks at you.
"I..."
You know what happens to troublemakers. They get a fine. But for this kind of trouble...it´d cost all your money to justifie this. You can´t blame Gabriel. His dad´s rich, so the military would get scolded if they fined him. His dad is a major artificial oil dealer. He´s one of the few who is still in business of selling, rather then stocking up himself. They need his oil.
Either you or Daniel will take the blame. But which one?

You buy the sniper rifle and pay up.
You walk back to your room. You´ll need a nap before you´re sent to 4-M.
You lay down on your bed. Gabriel isn´t very strong, so there is no need to treat any wounds.
You take a deep breath. Then you fall a sleep.
You wake up with Albert over you.
"Come on! We´re supposed to rapport to sergeant Johnson!"
You get up, out on your equipment and head to Johnson.
He´s in the ship hanger.
"People! As you know, you´re getting shipped to 4-M! You´ll spend the night there, then you will be shipped to Khe san!"
Everybody get´s in their ships. An independent pilot has been assigned for each.
You lean back in your seat.
One hour later, you reach 4-M.
The pilot lands in a hanger. You saw 4-M from the outside. It´s a huge station. And more importantly, a sitting duck. Why doesn´t the Xenos just take some kind of missile and destroy the station?
You get to you room and get on your bed. You can´t sleep. Only one forth of those shipped back to Khe san return. Will you be part of those unfortunate statistics?
"Christ. They expect us to sleep right before we get shipped to die?" says Daniel.
"Don´t talk like that! We´ll be fine!" says Kate. You hear her insecurity.
You close your eyes.
You then proceed to fall asleep.
You wake up in the morning.
Your squad is putting on their equipment.
Albert has a massive grenade launcher coupled with a hand gun.
Kate has a Weston 23 Sniper rifle.
Daniel has some kind of machete. But it´s extra sharp and slightly shorter.
You get up and put on your equipment.
It´s pretty heavy, but you´re a pretty strong guy.
You walk down to the hanger.
"Okay people! You´ll be sent down to a recently over-taken military position! It´s a radio tower! You´ll get sent down in Mark-12 space ships!"
Mark-12 space ships are designed to fit two squads, one pilot and potentially a leader figure.
However, they aren´t very resilient.
You get in your ship. It has some basic seats and a couple of breathing masks. They´re basicly the worst form of mask. Noone would use them, since they don´t protect the eyes from the "oxygen" and would therefor make sure you see absolutely nothing.
You get in the ship and sit down. Your squad follows.
You don´t know the other squad.
The hanger doors open and the ship takes off.
It´s for real. You´re heading to Khe san.
You sit there for what seems like an eternity before you hear the pilot say:
"Okay! We´re getting close to the planet! Put on your gas masks!"
You take your gas mask off and put it on.
You plug it into a tank of oxygen. The real, good kind.
"Hold on! It might get bumpy when we ride through the atmosphere!"
It does get bumpy.
It´s official. You´ve entered Khe san.
It´s not long before you hear the signs of battle.
Screams from both the Xenos and the military fill the air. Shame you can´t look out until the pilot says you can.
"OKAY! It´s safe! Look out, and if you can, shoot some of them!"
The pilot does something and opens a couple of small hatches.
You look out.
God...the Xenos...they almost look human...
They look just like humans, but their skin is in a slight tone of blue, and they have rastafaris. All of them. They are slightly taller than a normal human.
They also have native clothing. Made from...you can´t tell.
The radio station is littered with ruined buildings. The pilot seems to be looking for somewhere to land. There is an emergence hatch to your right.
"Okay! I´m gonna circle an- HUT!"
You hear the sound of glass breaking. The pilot falls to the floor. He has an arrow in his shoulder. And he doesn´t have a gas mask.
Christ. The military is so poor it can´t even supply gas masks to people anymore.
The man begins twitching.
The ship begins to wobble.
FUCK! The ship is going down!
You can either throw yourself out the emergency hatch and hope for the best, or stay on until the ship crashes, and also hope for the best. Trying to take over the ship now is not only stupid, it´s suicidal. You´d do more harm then good.
It would take too long to fill your squad in on what you´ll do. Better just do it and hope they follow.
What now?
A:Stay in the ship!
B:Throw yourself out!
