Truly, this is spoken like someone who is, according to their profile, a grand total of 15 years old now, making them the ripe old age of five when the 90s formally concluded.

News Flash: That show was never particularly good, you were just a kid, and kids are terrible judges of quality.

Now my favorite show as a youngster was MacGyver, which was awesome and I defy anyone to say differently(!), but a trip through memory lane turns up quite a few less than stellar cartoons that were aimed squarely at children, and the harsh light of adult scrutiny shows me they were in fact astoundingly terrible. But I watched, and as memory serves, enjoyed them anyways, because as a child I was no exception to the old "kids watch stupid crap" principle.

Thank you for making me feel old.

Alright,I appreciate your opinion,but I also Appreciate mine. Frontier rocked,as did the second Season. I have my own reasons for liking them,But from my avatar you can guess telling me to dislike the Digimon anime is like telling a cloud to ignite.

I loved the first season and liked the second, and I haven't watched any more. I liked the original cast and storylines.

I'm not sure it's clear from this what I thought about Digimon Season 1 when it first came on. That was my favorite show for... let's say 15 years as a conservative estimate. I don't know why; it's probably one of those "saw it as a kid and integrated it into my childhood in such a fashion that I can't see the negatives" things, but hey.

Mine were probably 1 and 3. Favorite Digimon were Piedmon, Doramon, and that one Digimon from the movie. The villian, I call him "Inky".

My favorite were 1-4 and 5 can go die painfully in a hole. I was a young fresh faced child who had to sneak whatever violence and action I could whilst my mother was out driving my sister about, I had very little judgment and I would soak up whatever violent cartoons I could.

I always enjoyed all the seasons. Don't get me wrong, the first generation is the best, no argument. Even so, the other generations of Digimon were never terrible. In fact, dare I say, I enjoyed all of them. But that's probably because I don't ever judge things to harshly.

Nothing beats the original, or the movie, as they were awesome and epic, respectively. I liked 2 a bit more then 3 because there was some familiarity, plus the ending to 3 SUCKED! imo. 4 = retarded. 5 = zhuh?

Only watched the first generation and it was great. Guess im going to go find generation 3 and watch it since a lot of people seem to like it.

I only saw season 1 and got bored once season 2 started, so I can't really say anything about the later ones. The first was pretty epic and a lot darker than other kids shows that were on at the time. The second 2 only really gets points for keeping around the characters from season 1.

I have to say, I am watching Digimon Frontier now, and while it certainly isn't as good as Tamers or Adventure 1, it is not crap. Also, it's DATA SQUAD not DNA squad.

BLASPHEMY! I am 15 Years old and enjoy the First and Third seasons, and am Enjoying the Fourth too!

Generation 1 and 2? I want to cry, they made my childhood. I dislike the rest, but 1 and 2... I want to revisit them.

I watched it on Youtube in the holidays before college (Hey, I had nostalgia, gimme a break) and Adventures were AWESOME. I got about 6 episodes into Tamers before giving up on it, the plot just seemed to be going so slowly. Adventures Season 1 they took 10 episodes to unvail the most kickass digimon ever and kill off the current villian. At the rate Tamers seemed to be going at, they'd be lucky to have even introduced the main villian by then.
