Baby Food

It's important to know as much as you can about the food you put in your baby. Like its drop strength, for example.

Ah, it smashed a lot more easily than I honestly expected. Quick, dirty, gross...and more fun to clean up.

CFL bulbs tomorrow, hmm? Should be interesting. (And no, Morgan, Tally didn't make those things up, okay?... (Sorry, couldn't resist referencing LRR episode "Green".))

When I saw the preview for this last time, I was hoping it was Branston Pickle. I really wouldn't want to clean this mess up.

CFLs have Mercury in them... hooray for brain cancer! Or whatever that's supposed to do to you...

Wow, that broke alot faster than I thought it would have. Still, I don't pity the person who had to clean that crap up, the smell makes me sick. D:

Given all the bad luck you've had with glass jars its nice to see one do exactly what it's supposed to do. Smash and splat.

So much for it's drop strength but it's due to where it came in contact with the floor which is it's bottom edge that area and it's side are the baby food jars weakpoints. Tomorrow, is it a good idea to drop lightbulbs? We'll find out.

Yeah CFLs do have some mercury in them, but the amount per bulb varies quite a bit by brand, and it probably shouldn't cause any problems if the area was well ventilated and it was cleaned up quickly. It'd be a pretty terrible idea to lick the glass shards, though.

Nice satisfying splat with some good old flying glass, always fun to watch.

No, seriously, it's a really bad idea to break CFLs intentionally. Mercury is all but harmless [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mercury_%28element%29#Toxicity_.26_Safety].
