Dark Souls Graphics Issues (PS3)

So I've been having this weird bug all day. Certain graphics don't show up, and the game seems to be crashing more. Spells are invisible (particularly annoying seeing how I was in the Duke's Archives and fought Seath with this glitch), as are the tracers on arrows and the fire of the bonfires.

Anyone else having this issue as well?

Streaming issue by the sound of it. Outside chance that it's the disc but really not that likely. Sounds more like your PS3 is starting to fail in some way. You need to try some other games and see if you have similar problems.

Got the same glitch, I think it might be a problem caused by the latest update, even items on corpses and message signs dont appear properly for me and started just after I downloaded the update.
Not got the crashing problem yet.

Let you ps3 cool down and run a test too see if it continues. I would than try to delete your install of the game and re-install. It sounds like you GPU is forgetting to render the texture on screen which could be from the GPU not finding them. Or the GPU is not handling memory properly(which also could be a ram problem). It is less likely from the PS3 crapping out but it could be the case. PS3's, like every other hardware has a habit of causing a domino effect which kills it. That would be worst case scenario, I think the problem is software side.

Old glitch that have returned.
Last time it was caused by the dlc and resonance rings.
They were removed and the problem went away.
They will probably patch out the resonance rings again in a week or so.

WTF dude, that music on that video made me strangely happy and gave Dark Souls happiness and joy.

OT: Don't ya miss the day's when you can fix graphics just my blowing in the cartridge.
