Don't have a data cap, but I'd guess I'm routinely hitting 1 GB or more in a day, since my bandwidth gets throttled at some point most days, and the limit for that is about 750 MB.
It's easy to do when I'm downloading something. (Steam updates for a 10 gig game? Yeah... That'll do it.)
Actually, when I got some new games and music recently I probably went through 25 Gb in less than a day.
But what brings my average way up is HD youtube videos and things like the BBC Iplayer.
Also, having (a relatively slow, I might add) 10 megabit connection makes it surprisingly easy to eat up data at a huge rate.
If I were to find enough to download, and leave my computer on 24/7 That would be 105 GB a day.
The fact that I'm probably closer to 2-3 Gb a day shows how low my usage actually is by comparison, but also how quickly HD video can use up bandwidth.
(Meanwhile they intend to upgrade me to 30 megabits/sec soon... I'm so thankful I don't have a data cap. XD)
