I would ask her "Do you know what the most important rule in comedy is?" and then shout "Timing!" in mid-response, demonstrating that I am both funny and that she told that kind of joke at the wrong time. I would then eat - provided my food was actually in front of me - as I am of the strong stomach persuasion. Later on, I'd confess that it was funny, but just ill-timed.

I'm sadly used to one of my best friends screaming inappropriate things out in resturants, like the other day when he yelled "Eat a dick!" as loud as he could and one of my other friends just had his head in his hands going "Public place man... don't say those things". So I wouldn't care seeing as I'm used to that sort of... occurence.

I would probably laugh, but feel a bit awkward snce it was in a public resturant.. but meh hopefully nobody else heard the joke. I would not be that fussed about her making a very very rude joke, i carnt imagine it being worse than anything else i've heard before.
