she would essentially be suing a rape victim, for being raped.

not sure what to say.... but I hadnt thought of it that way... a really good point...
obivously the victim in this case himself didn't suffer... well I've never died so who knows.... it's a different kind of rape altogether... but essentially yes she would be sueing the victim.. or at least ... his family...

I think .. I don't know what to think. this is a very... weird state of affairs.

I think the article was a joke. I was unsure at first.

But someone in the thread pointed out that the website is like 'the onion'.

So, I think we can restore our faith in the justice system.... well sort of.

ah. either way the article never said she had won just that she was going to sue. so the integrity of justice wasn't called into question juuust yet.
