Dead Rising 2 confirmed, going multiplatform

Capcom finally went and confirmed the game, and from what I can tell right now it's shaping up to be pretty awesome. As long as they fix the controls and the saving system from the first game, this is going to be a day-one buy for me.

Celebrations! I had the orginal on the xbox, back in the achievementwhore days.

I managed to get the 5 day survivor achievement in infinity mode but I accidentally died on excactly day 6 because I was reading, I was so gutted t.t

Know if it will be Games For Windows or not.

I have been waiting for this announcement for awhile now. YAY! Totally buying it on day one also. The first Dead Rising is the reason I bought my 360 and still keep it even though I am currently on my fifth one.

Loved the everything about the first game, even the controls. Hopefully the second will be bigger with similar gameplay - hopefully NOT the exact same plot that Frank uncovered in the first game.

That Dead Rising has a sequel is pretty predictable, but that it'll have a PC port is a pleasant surprise.

Well that is kind of funny. See I have a bet with my friends that if the 360 came out with one more 360 exclusive zombie game I would get one.
