...COD crowd. Yeah...
You're, of course, aware that the Developer of the game stated explicitly at E3 this year that Dead Rising 3 was targeted at "Call of Duty players"?

...Capcom is pointedly trying to appeal to a wider audience in this latest iteration, saying it's going after the Call of Duty player. Gone is the cartoonish visual design, replaced by a more "realistic" interpretation of a viral apocalypse. That change is part of the maturation. By shifting the art style, the combat can be "more visceral" than in previous versions, with "real gore."...

Glad to see you sourcing your quotes, don't see much of that here nowadays.

Anyway, I feel that the term 'aiming for the CoD crowd' is such a buzz term these days. I play CoD, doesn't make me a cliche. Probably applies to thousands of people. Unless they're SPECIFICALLY aiming at say, 12-14 year olds who scream at others that they're fucking their mothers. Which would be weird.
And enjoys family gu/adult swim type humor

Way to make a sweeping generalization. I happen to enjoy Family Guy, Adult Swim, and CoD (though not as much recently). This may come as a shock to you, but I most certainly am not a preteen with an obsession with everyone's mother. Also, I happen to really, really, really like the Dead Rising series.

Anywho, this game won't be enough to persuade me to buy an Xbone, but I would nonetheless like to try it out before I make any judgements.

Oh noes a title that won't be coming to the PC (superior platform and all that pathetic garbage) whatever will we humans do about this injustice?.

I really can't take anyone seriously when they bawk about a console having an exclusive when the PC has exclusives of their own along with bloody hardware and software justifications that just make it sometimes impossible to be on a console, so really it's always been unfair from the beginning.

Still I'd love to ask all those peeps who hate exclusives to turn around and make said exclusives work for every current platform out there, if not then just sit back and enjoy what you already have because nothing gained is nothing lost.
