What does the voice in the background say before "Where are you going?" Something about a whisper? I can't make it out!?

From what I heard from the trailer here's a transcript:

Doctor?: Is he alive?
Doctor?: Isaac Clark, I'm going to show you some images and I want you to tell me about them
Isaac: Get it away!, Get it away!
Isaac: It was just a short "burst/loop?" but it put things in my head, there's so much....shit in my head.
Doctor(corrupted voice): What did the symbols whisper?
Nicole: They said...where are you going? Its not over between us. You can't run from me forever.
Unknown voice: Isaac, we're all going to burn for what we did to you.

I know that they baited a sequel based on the Marker, but why exactly do they need to continue the story of Issac and the Necromorphs? They seemed to be only central to the situation presented by the first one.
