I have Friends that are are all fun to hang with but there all ignorant causing alot of arguements and uneeded negativity whenever we have fun together.

so how the hell am i suppossed to deal with ignorant friends without sounding ignorant or like some "Over Serious Tard"

i just need to show them that whenever they start acting ignorant they are turning into total Douchebags so how do tell them that without causing them to become even more ignorant

Tell them to stop being douchebags, then stop being a douchebag yourself. I joke, just deal with it. Friends are annoying, but they're also there for you when you need them.

I was able to get one of my friends to stop saying "That's What She Said!" all the bloody time by simultaneously bringing up the topic of him saying it and asking him what the definition of the word 'alienate' was. It was a bit of a risk, but it paid off, if that helps.

Yeah, I agree with madbird.
One of my buddies is a really strict Christian.
At first we had a lot of arguments but now we just don't talk about religion (except sometimes jokingly).

Don't hang out with them anymore. Ignorant people are totally not worth your time no matter how you argue against it.

They are ignorant and arrogant.
Both are essential to humanity; in creating this thread you have demonstrated this.

If you don't like them, ditch them.
If you don't want to ditch them, like them.
If this doesn't help you at all, berate me liberally.

I had this for a good deal of my school life, they'll probably never change, just find new friends.

If they can't respect you enough to avoid topics that make you uncomfortable, they aren't worth your time.
Use them as a part of fulfilling the human requirement for socialization, but don't invest anything in them emotionally.

Take them around the back of the sheds and tearfully put the barrel of a shotgun to each their oblivious heads

I would really like to know how they are ignorant. This is frustratingly vague. I say if they don't change and you still like them, distance yourself a bit but still be friendly with them.

Just individuality? Fairly sure Margaret Thatcher said that, and her quotes hold about as much weight as quotes from my left testicle.
