if you have long hair cut it, if you eat fat or greasy food, stop it (example: no chocolate, no french fries, minemize butter consumption) and if you spend a lot of time inside fresh air can help.

Luckily I have been blessed with smooth skin that rarely breaks out but when I do, I kind of go overboard to clear it up. Some of the best things I found to work only work if you keep at it and make it part of your daily routine.

The first one being is a 3-2-1 ratio of water, soap, and lemon juices respectively. I find that real lemon juice works the best. I use this every time in the shower on my face as a scrub and it keeps me pimple free most of the time.

Another thing I do is a hot to cold facial everyday. Now as girly as it sounds, it?s the best. I think someone up above described it pretty well but I have a slight variation of it. So you?re going to want to do this in a warm-hot room (I find that after a hot shower is best, like before you open the door and let all the steam out). Dunk you?re face in warm-hot water so that your pores will open. Without touching your face spray hand sanitizer on it, (your eyes closed of course) They sell little bottles of spray hand sanitizer, it?s this new thing here so I wasn?t sure if you knew what it was. I would do this if you have naturally oily skin otherwise go with a more oil-based product if your skin is dry. Then plunge it into ice water, I?m talking actually ice in water, don?t be a baby now. :?P This will close up your pores and make it harder to get dirt in. If you have sensitive skin, use baby soap/shampoo because it?s the least harsh product out there.

Lastly, if you have a trouble zit, put a small dab of toothpaste on it before bed and it?ll flake off in the morning. This sometimes burns people with sensitive skin so you might want to adjust the time you keep it on.

Okay, so wow that turned out so much longer then I had planned on but I hope it helps.

I had a former friend that claimed that eating a pinch of jeast (like, the stuff you bake with) every day was supposed to help, but since she was a gigantic idiot, I wouldn't put too much faith in it...

All I have to offer is really: Don't scratch them open/pop them. My back and shoulders look like a bloody topographic map by now...

I always just cut into them and bleed them out, the skin toughens as it heals, makes it less likely to happen in that spot again.

don't believe that chocolate creates pimples, it's a lie. So anyways if you do have pimples pop them then what you do is go wash your face using hot water. The hot water will open up your pores so that the soap and stuff can get in there and clean them. Then when your done rinse your face off with cold water. The cold water will close shrink and close up your pores so that not dirt and crap can get back in and cause more pimples. My dad taught me this when I started shaving.

My brother's a Dermatologist.

His best advice is to cut back on soda and drink straight water for two weeks. Lots of outside time, and like many have said a good swim in a chlorine pool. Other than that, wash your face at least twice a day.

Hope that helps!
