I think you might like Dead Space Extraction. I've only played it on my friend's Wii but it starts pretty good.

There is plenty to choose from: some of my favourite Wii games that don't use the Nunchuck are New Super Mario Bros. Wii, Super Paper Mario, Sam & Max: Season 1/2 (buy those, you won't regret), Mega Man 9, the Bit.Trip series and WarioWare: Smooth Moves. Not to mention the many great NES and Mega Drive VC games.
