I'd want to be infected with the virus from [Prototype]... Being able to become anyone at will would be pure awesome :-D
Find Megan Fox's boyfriend, consume him, change to look like him, get to bed with a very attractive young woman = WIN

Also the whole claw, blade, hammer-hand, armour, huge jumping, fast running, strength and gliding is pretty awesome too :p

Arthas' armor post Ascension.

There's like, 500 skulls on the thing.
Yes, this. Oh, and if it grants his awesome powers of necromancy then all the better.

The brainchild of Dr. Catherine Halsey, MJOLNIR is Halsey's attempt to create a powered exoskeleton capable of taking full advantage of the physical capabilities of a SPARTAN-II. The battlesuit is constructed in overlapping layers. It is a sealed system, capable of extravehicular activity or operations in toxic atmosphere. It is hardened against EMPs and radiation, and has filters that are completely effective at removing toxins and bacteria from local atmosphere.

The armor's shell is composed of a multilayer alloy of remarkable strength and has been augmented with a refractive coating capable of dispersing a limited amount of Covenant energy weapons. The suit contains a gel-filled layer underneath a thick black armored bodysuit. The gel layer regulates temperature and can reactively change its density. The inner skinsuit is made of a moisture-absorbing synthetic material linked to an environment control computer and the occupant's UNSC-issue neural interface.

Of course one has to be a spartan to wear it. :)

Berserk armor from...Berserk. Also Space Marine armor is pretty badass, regular or terminator. Better yet a dreadnought, even though you can never get back out.

I decided to post images of the Guyver suit for those of you who don't know what it looks like (all two of you).

Anime-CG Guyver!

Live-Action Guyver!

Here's a fun fact. In the sequel to the abysmal Guyver live-action movie, David Hayter played the titular protagonist in the slightly less abysmal Guyver: Dark Hero.

I don't want to have gear, I want to have muscles and a great big voice. Not guy muscles or super-muscles, and not some baritone bellow, but just the kind of rock-solid, broad-boned body and attitude that could make kids quit fighting in the back seat, shut the mouths of guys yelling shit at women on the street, stop bar fights, and chase drug dealers off a corner with sheer mama-bear ferocity.
So you want my body and voice, eh?
Since I'm guessing you are male, no. I'm thinking something like a combo of Ripley and Vasquez from "Aliens," but with a bigger butt. That's right, a BIGGER BUTT. You try getting a fit, tough-minded, big-assed woman to back down from defending her territory - can't be done. Mama bear in human form. RAWWRRR!
I think I love you.

On the subject matter, however, probably Saren's armor from Mass Effect.

I'd go for the symbiote :D If it didn't turn me into a monster, it's super-enhancing properties would be very kickass! not mentionning it can just appear and disappear at will :]
Seconded. I'd love that thing.
Strangely, if you read the comics of it's original appearance, the symbiote doesn't actually seem to make anyone actively evil, or even do a great deal wrong. The worst it did was take Spidey out while he was asleep to fight more crime. Basically, the only time it tried to influence his actions was when he was taking it to be murdered by Reed Richards, and even then all it did was try to latch on to walls.
And then it saved his life when it could've just run and saved itself. All the "Blarg, I will turn you evil and make you eat brains" stuff was just added by later writers.
I can completly understand why it was pissed with him after that. Basically, Parker took an alien from it's homeworld to somewhere unfamilier, it aided him greatly and believed in what he was doing to a degree and when he found out that all it wanted was a companion, he tried to kill it. Fuck you, Parker!

Predator armour or that stuff Goku wears.

It stands to logic that Goku is indestructable and therefore his armour is what keeps him alive... Or maybe my logic is just rusty.
