Yes I do, it's called A Boy and His Blob. A puzzle platformer game, released for the Wii in 2009.

I just remembered about ABAHB after reading the title of this thread and thinking. That's how forgotten it is.
That was a cool game, though it felt a little underdeveloped.

For me it would be Dokapon Kingdom. I can't whore out that game enough - it's just so fucking amazing.

How is that game?
I have a dvd with it lieing around here and I wounder if I should try it out
Well, considerngi you already have it, I recommend it. It's by no means the greatest game ever, but I recommend at least giving it a try since you have it.

I'm not too great at videogame reviews, I guess. lol

There's a Russian game called MorphX which was kinda fun to play. It's strongest point though, would be its upgrade system where you had to find different shaped DNA to form chains between nodes to improved your abilities.

Wars and Warriors: Joan of Arc. It's a blend of action and RTS. It's actually pretty fun, but it got crap reviews at the time (not entirely without reason, either), so it's pretty obscure, especially since it comes from the same guy who developed the Capitalism series./quote]

I played a lot of Joan of Arc, and still have the disc floating around somewhere near me (I have a lot roaming around at the moment). Even though it was incredibly flawed, as you pointed out, having a medieval action game with a female protagonist really captured me as a little girl. Never managed to finished it however.

Other ones that come to mind are the city building games that have since fallen out of style: Caesar IV and Lords of the Realm III. Although I loved their predecessors much more than these, they happen to fall (way) out of the ~10 year period. Either way anything turn-based or city building that came out after the golden age of the early '00s and late '90s have barely ever turned an eye. A shame really as I love those two genres the most.

At least the Total War and Civilization series are still kicking!

The only game I can think of is Iron Brigade. I never see anyone other than myself talking about it.
Iron Brigade is fantastic, in fact, so are Stacking and Costume Quest. It seems odd that Double Fine got so much exposure for the Kickstarter success, yet their most recent indie games are barely talked about.
I completely agree, it is weird that they receive so little attention. I've not played Stacking nor Costume Quest, but from what I've heard they're really good as well. And you would think that Iron Brigade would have received quite a bit of attention considering it was forced to change it's name from Trenched to Iron Brigade.

I have the Burger King game set. Sneak King, Big Bumpin, and Mini Bike Racing.
Does that count?
I have like a hundred 360 games, one of them is bound to be special.

Oh! I have the GOTY edition of Halo CE for the OGBox.

EDIT:
Just checked my shelf, let me know if any of these are obscure.
AVP (the new one)
Alone in the Dark
Bully
Crackdown 1 and 2
The Darkness
Dark Sector
Dark Void
Frontlines Fuels of War
The Godfather 2
Gun
Homefront
Warhammer 40K Space Marine
Kotor 1
The Outfit
Overlord

Don't know if it has been mentioned but Knights of Honor it's a damn fine strategy in the vein of Total War series- except everything's in real time.
It's neat, and apart from me and few friends whom I introduced to this game, I've never seen anyone talk about it.
It's worth a try, has ton of potential, and it's nice to see a good diplomatic system.

I rarely hear anyone talk about Star Ocean even though it's a decent sized franchise, and that's one that hasn't been mentioned yet. Also the Atelier series, Eternal Sonata and Sengoku Basara. Most of the games in here are either on my shelf or my wishlist which makes me think I have a very odd taste in games. So far from the ones mentioned I own Cross Edge, Resonance of Fate, White Knight Chronicles, Vanquish, Anarchy Reigns, and Nier.

I've got Mugen Souls. It's a fun game but not as good as the other games you could get from Nipon Ichi. There is latterly a trophy for throwing a ball of living stuffed animals 10,000,000,000 kilometers big. It is a truly cruel game to trophy hunters.

I also have Disgaea 4, though that might not count because as far as I can tell it has some sort of following considering there are people willing to train a character until at level 1 it has 99,999,999 in EVERY stat.

That depends. Does Earth Defense Force 2017 count?

Cause if it does, then yes. Yes I do.
I would say so as a lot of people ignored it even when it released. Though its kinda a cult classic that spread through word of mouth.

Also the new one is out this year. YES!

Its a direct sequel to 2017, made by those people as well. Just looked, its released in America and Britian in Feb 2014, still got some time to wait. Japan get it on 4th July.

It isn't modern, I believe, but I saw an HD collection for it:
Zone of Enders
I loved that game when it came out for the PS2, but nobody talks about it. Was it bad, and I just mistook it for awesomeness? I thought it was great!

I have both the One Piece Unlimited Cruise games on the Wii and those were a blast to play. Really went under the radar and was only released in Europe and Japan so I had to import mine and break the region lock on it.
I got one of those they were a lot of fun. They could have used a little bit of extra polish but they were a ton of fun and deserved to be better advertised.
