Star Wars Battlefront 3. I've been dreaming for SEVEN YEARS.
Ohh I would love that as well but my dream game would a real sequel to Dragon Age: Origins e.g. Amazing story (come on so much left unexplored) with my Human Mage, huge open world, RPG elements and deep characters.

*Now with serious face* Dragon Age 2 is dead to me and whoever considers that a worthy sequel to a game like Origins should be kicked back to whatever pit they spawned from.

Come on KOTOR 3!!! *Crosses fingers*

being more specific, i would have to say KOTOR 3 written by Obsidian, (and that they be allowed a development time that was actually fair) I know they get alot of flak for the second game being unfinished, but they were promised 18 months and given 13! Aside from the non ending i feel they had improved on so many aspects that i just wish they could be given another actually proper chance.

A Pokemon game that is set 100 or so years in the Past, where Pokemon research mirrored Charles Darwin in someway....and possibly a bit of Pokepunk with a dash of rustic metal....

Game has you as a kid in a far off Region, where the art of containing Pokemon within Apricorns has not been devised yet, thus you and your trusty pet wander around town, helping out the town to get money to help manage your parents' merchandise shop, as you continue on you discover about potentially fascinating ruins with treasure inside, eventually although you settled your parent's monet debts, helping them produce a well renowned equipment shop for budding archaeologists, the main character decides to be a Pokemon...professor lol.

You can befriend Pokemon by helping them out, bringing compatible Pokemon with you, feeding/petting them and even possibly showing them your strength.

So perhaps it might be a cross between....

- Pokemon (the creature aspect anyway, you can ride quadruped Pokemon such as Arcanine, however Flying type Pokemon would probably be restricted to leaping across buildings, just so the game world doesn't feel small)
- Assassin's Creed (openendedness)
- And a dash of Pikmin? (to fuel the story, and to provide 'dungeon elements' for the Ruins)

Mine would be a party-based RPG (like a 3D Baldurs Gate or Planescape) set in the modern world, but the gimmick is that the gods and creatures of every mythology and religion all exist in hiding and run bakeries and bookstores and stuff. Thus, there would be a secret government and society and economy uniting all these entities. How you would play is that you can pretty much wander freely around some city and all the buildings in it and recruit a party from a very wide list of NPCs (which would be like magic tarot card readers and manticores and the Aztec god Tezcatlipoca) and go questing as you please, and there would be lots of non-combat skills and options. In the end, there's some big plot about the secret world being revealed or some rogue magic types making a big black hole that destroys Brooklyn or something, and it would be the best story ever, because everyone from JK Rowling to Chuck Klosterman to Dan Harmon to zombie Arthur Conan Doyle teamed up to write for this game (it's a dream game).

My dream game has already been made (Persona 4) so I suppose my dream game X2 would be Persona 5. Doubt it could beat P4 but whatever XD.

I'd settle for a MOBA game that doesn't have a piss poor community... I swear League of Legends sometimes just makes me want to kill myself. All LoL players should have this video as required watching before even attempting to play even one game.

"I often see ragers... And this is horrible, because there's absolutely no point. :("

Oh and if anyone tries to sell me DOTA 2 again just stop right there. It happens every single time I mention I play LoL... Doubt DOTA 2 has a good community since the entire MOBA genre seems to inspire a "blame your team, never yourself" mentality. It's retarded.

Psychonauts 2, LOL O WAIT

Seriously though, Half-Life 2 Episode 3, or just straight up Half-Life 3 seems to be the obvious choice.

Kingdom Hearts Meets Super Smash Bros Brawl + Many, Many, Many more characters. I thought of that when Melee Came out, and I've been wanting it to exist for years. Sadly, it could never happen due to the fact that there are so many good game characters in the world, that very between the ratings, and that companies would not pool together just to do one grand game that could put them all out of business afterwards.

I really want a 16 bit or 32 bit action RPG with the gameplay of Zelda, the open world of Skyrim, and the leveling and perks of Fallout. Hell, I'd even get into game design to get that made.

Oh god, here we go.

A Zelda game that has:

1) An overworld in the segmented style of Twilight Princess, but as big as Xenoblade. Fill that shit with minidungeons, nooks, hidden quests, bandit outposts, etc. Hide those rupees and heart pieces in dangerous places and give them worth.

2) The ability to break sequence in a limited way like OoT.

3) Multiple town hubs and memorable characters and sidequests like Majora's Mask.

4) To really inspire you to explore for Heart Pieces, give me the weighty combat and difficulty of Dark Souls. Also bring back the course-mentality of SS's main three areas applied to wilderness areas outside of civilization (Such as uninhabitable deserts, snowy mountains, Lost Woods, etc.)

5) Skyward Sword's item upgrade system, but taken even farther. Add tunics, and the ability to apply elemental attributes to your sword that will give strengths and weaknesses.

6) Twilight Princess' artstyle. What a woefully underappreciated visual styling.

7) Bring back the memorable races (Gorons, Zora, Gerudo, Deku/Kokiri)

8) Keep the story simple, but full of character moments with heart, like in Zac Gorman's Zelda comics.

Skyward Sword came really close, but it's not quite the dream Zelda in my mind...*sigh* It'll never be.

A cutscene heavy Lylat Wars RTS or just simply an MMO based around Lylat. I like Star Fox cutscenes, there, I said it. If a story is interesting to me, I like to know every gritty detail, and an RTS detailing the events during and after the events of the Lylat Wars, and the overall defence of Corneria would be epic, 'nuff said. As for the MMO, I've wanted that since I started playing Star Fox. Cruising the Lylat system in a custom ship with your own character would be awesome. Choosing whether to be a hated, but rediculously wealthy outlaw, or a loved hero of the people would be even more awesome. Of course, it would have to be non-canon, though... That or there would have to be a damn good reason behind Fox not being able to save everyone again (Maybe the number of criminals (Player characters serving under Wolf, perhaps?) has reached an unstoppable amount even for Fox McCloud and Star Fox to take care of? Damn, I'm good at making things up).

This would be a doozy, here we go.

1) The most important thing, a map equivalent to that of Fuel. It would be just a big island, where if you go too far from land, you get your ass eaten.

2) The story; You are a mercenary that is sent off world to rescue a group of scientists that aren't responding to your calls that are on an alien planet.

3) Other things to do: Trophy hunting-I'll get to that-, looking for their research, scanning the fauna and flora-again, soon-, and just finding random shit.

4) Those that hamper your progress: Alien creatures that I would personally have a hand in designing.

5) Weapons: A build-a-gun feature like in Ghost Recon: Future Solider, except you can mix and match parts. Any parts. You could make a shotgun-minigun, a rocket launching sniper rifle, etc.

6) Trophy hunting: you can buy gun parts and ammo, which would be rare in the over world, buy hunting and killing bigger and better animals.

7) Scanning: You can scan in the animals poke'mon style to figure out their weak points, strengths, hunting style, favorite colors, and their favorite Muse song (not really though).

8) Possible multiplayer: Horde-like mode, competitive trophy hunting-limited time, only one kill per round, most points cumulative wins, and bigger things are harder to kill-, team trophy hunting-like competitive but with a buddy or two-, Rescue-go into the wild with a team, find and secure a researcher, bring them back to base, while creatures are trying to see how you taste-, and Hunt-first to find, scan, and kill a certain creature wins-,.
