I don't know for sure, but I've spent probably thousands of hours on Oblivion and Fallout 3. I've spent hundreds playing Left 4 Dead and Borderlands 2 as well. Thousands across Pokemon, too.

Mass Effect at 243 hours and Halo: Reach multiplayer at 1 month and 4 days.
Those were good times. I had so much time in highschool...

895 hours on Shogun 2: Total war. So says Steam.
Prior to that, I recall fixing onto medieval 2 from the same series for over a three months. No other games occupy my memories for that period.

I've got about 100 hours in Skyrim. I've probably easily matched that in the KOTOR games and Kingdom Hearts games when I used to play them.

At this point, probably over 1500 on Fallout 3. No mods either, console release. I played every day for five months, waiting for all the DLC to come out.

Granted, I ended up roleplaying a lot, like doing crazy things.

Kill a Behemoth with only a Switchblade, that was fun.

My original Pokemon Gold version I played almost 10-14 hours a day for a year before the internal battery died. That's the game I know has had the most time clocked on it even without remembering the exact time. The rest are 182 hours on Final Fantasy XII, 152 hours on Fire Emblem: Awakening, and 107 hours on Okami.

Mass Effect 2 for me. Before I got any DLC, it'd take me about 20 to 25 hours to play it through, and I did about 10 playthroughs (2 with DLC), so... about 220 hours overall. Second'd probably be a Bethesda or Obsidian RPG.

World of Warcraft is by far my most played game.

I have been playing it since it was available for purchase in my country at the beginning of 2005. I am still playing WoW ever since and I can't even fathom how many hours I have clocked in at unfortunately.

League of Legends: 795 wins, so about the same no. of losses. Assuming 30 mins for each, about 800 hours. Or about 33 days.

... and now I wish I had never worked this out! Because that is a depressing statistic.

I have over 500 hours in a Tales of Symphonia savefile, but ive played the other Tales games extensively, so i should have about 1100 hours in the Tales franchise

There are a few games that might top that, but they either not tell you your playtime, or i don't have my files anymore, Oblivion should take the cake if i could see my playtime

And while it doesn't come close to those 2, ive played the 2d Castlevanias a lot, i have at least 50 clocked hours in each of the Ds ones, that doesn't count resets, deaths and such, in Cv Hd, i have 80 hours on my main character alone

Excluding WoW (over 4500 hours played, that's including characters I've since deleted), I'd say Oblivion at about 700 hours played.

I dont have any exact numbers right now (maybe I'll edit later...), but

-WoW definitely takes the cake at "/played makes me cry"

-Followed by pokemon, at 1100 hours cumulative from my original Gold version + Ruby + Colosseum + Diamond + Black, I lost my original Red and Yellow versions but those had nowhere near the same playtime, approx. 250 a game with the exception of Colosseum.

Now I'm just guessing:

-Smash Bros Melee, no idea but its a LOT...
-Demon Souls and Dark Souls 600+
-Disgaea 4 400+
FFTactics Advanced 300+
Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones ~275
Fire Emblem: Awakening ~250
MGS: Peacewalker 150-200
MGS4 ~150
Fire Emblem: Sword of Seals ~150
Disgaea 2~150

Yea.. a friend of mine once said that I "get absurd amounts of replay value" out of my games

On a single character in an MMO, about 150 hours, over the course of about 4 months.
On TF2, I have about 140 hours over the course of about 5 months.

Since I haven't kept every save file over the years, it's either Kingdom Hearts II or Skyrim.

My single Skyrim file has somewhere in the 300s.

And from the files I still have, Kingdom Hearts II has 200+. So assuming I have at least two standard playthroughs lost in the ether, it's nearing if not already surpassing 300 hours. Considering I know I'll be replaying KHII infinitely more than Skyrim (especially when dat 2.5 HD finally shows up), eventually it'll be no question that it's my most-played game.

Probably WoW. Spend several months playing from 10 am to 5 am, and I played on an off for six years. As soon as one char reached the cap I started over. Really glad Blizzard made the game worse by each expansion after Burning Crusade, or I'd probably still be playing.
I was my first MMO, and I had never experienced anything like it before, so I played every damn minute I could spare.

LOTRO comes close on second place though. Have played it pretty much daily for three years. Same thing there though... worse and worse expansions to the point that I just don't want to play anymore.

Just hit 400+ hours on Dissidia 012 the other day. Guess those 'Just One More' fights add up.

Hmm, Modern Warfare 2: 400 hours in MP plus two playthroughs of the Campaign (so 401 hours :p)

Probably following that is Minecraft. At a guess maybe 300 hours overall?

Neverwinter Nights 2, probably, due to my obsessive need to create, recreate and change characters so often that I just keep doing it (and it's not the shortest game in the world, even if an unfortunate amount of Act 1 feels like filler).
