If it's a journal from them or something I guess.
Normally I just read stuff in my voice or I'm not paying attention to whatever voice is up there.

EDIT:

That too.
Many a Tales of Symphonia skit were voiced in my head.

No, not really, although sometimes, when I'm jogging, I imagine Akihiko running alongside and saying stuff like "Move it fattie!"

These were such a lackluster effort. They really should've voiced the damn skits. Some of them went on too long.

Strangely, they were voice acted in Japanese, but not in English, no idea why they didn't do it for the English release, time constraints perhaps?
Maybe they couldn't get the script for EVERY skit in the game? There's only over 500 of them, and about a third of those are really, really hard to get (i.e. most people won't even see them) since you have to meet very specific conditions to trigger them, often in a very specific order. And of course there's the incredibly small event window for those things (one of my main complaints with the game - half the content is easy to miss if you're not looking). Maybe they figured they couldn't do all of them, so why make a half-baked job when you don't have to do it at all?

Not much when I'm reading, more so when I'm speaking to people. For instance, when my brother visits us every couple of months I greet him as a true, loving brother (Liquid Snake): "It's been awhile, BROTHER!" or (Liquid Ocelot) "BROTHER! It's been too long!"

Waaaaaait, when did you change your avatar? I kinda like it. Also I do the same when playing Tales games where some of the skits aren't voice acted. I just make the connection between the face and the text and the voice that I've gotten used to is part of it.

I do not imagine character's voices outside of games though... I consider myself sane... That's a big fat lie

I don't read books imagining a character's voice, but I realized when I took a course in evolutionary biology that reading it while imagining David Attenborough's voice was actually something that made it seem more interesting and helped me focus... yeah, I've got no right calling someone insane...

Video game, movie, TV charters, I read stuff in the voices from all kind of stuff. I usually try to read a character's dialog in their voice if they are voiced though.

Anytime I am reading anything intelectual or sarcastic Ive taken to reading it while imagining the voice of one of the Lutece twins in Bioshock: Infinite. Coolest characters, made the game for me. So smug and yet so smart. Which twin I imagine changes depending on the tone of the subject. Lives, lived, will live. Dies, died, will die. Heads, or tails.

In the previous game, Legendia, Namco had a huge falling out with the voice actors over if the skits were main story material or extra sidequests since it would affect how much the voice actors were paid. In Abyss they wanted to avoid that mess entirely or were cheap so they decided not to voice them.

Whenever I see unvoiced text with a character that has a voice I read it in theirs. Same with the text in Persona. Outside games I'll do it occasionally when I read a line a character frequently says. Like reading "Where have you been" in Akihiko's voice, even if I get it in a text or something. Or nanomachines in Solid Snakes voice.

When I do my German work (by myself) I read it out loud in dramatic German narration voice. See Castlevania: Dracula X remake or really any RPG in German. It keeps me entertained while I study and actually helps with pronunciation.

I read everything in Sonic the Hedgehog's voice: that is, to say, silently. Or alternatively, as the mumblings of a Banjo-Kazooie character.

While reading next to my friend playing Saints Row 4 I started reading things in Nolan North's voice.

Though I am fairly certain that Charlemagne never said "Aww crap"

Sometimes I wish Troy Baker was the voice in my head...
But things like this usually happen in movie actor voices like Liam Neeson or Alan Rickman

But I always do it in games that are partially voiced over
