I'm more surprised anyone else even played that game, let alone found an arcade version of it.
Anywho, I had the PS1 version of it and it was pretty atrocious (At least it wasn't on the Sega Saturn though...?). The controls were clunky as hell, balance was thrown out the window, and I'm pretty sure it's the sole reason I'm terrible at all other Street Fighter games. That being said, I still played more than a couple of hours on the damn thing, it was schlocky and I wasn't that hard to entertain as a kid.
