Alot.

About 40 plus at least.

Seriously, give me a list of all anime of all time and I could point them out.

Only three, Fullmetal Alchemist, Rozen Maiden and Cowboy Bebop. I much prefer watching films though, the series take so long to stream each individual episode.

A lot, can't name them all because I don't remember all of them. Mostly watched them when I was around 10 years old.

Lucky star, Azumanga daioh, death note and am currently watching bleach.

There's a few more that I watched when I was a kid that I don't really count. Oh and a lot of movies that I'm too lazy to write down.

A lot. Considering I started watching anime (as anime, not localised cartoons like Samuri Pizza Cats or international coproductions like Mysterious Cities of Gold) before half of you were born.

I have seen more anime than I can remember. My personal collection has about thirty items in it and that's not even a fraction of all that I have seen and not bothered to add.
No, I won't list them. I would bring shame down upon my house.
