I remember hearing speculation that it might be Vice City again. But, I can't recall where I heard this, since it was a while ago.
It was in the episdoes from liberty city there was I think there was a 80's/vice city radio station.

Doubt it'll be released as a full game but i've been wrong about many things before so i'll be watching and listening and reading
I hope they have something planned for the future which will include the PC.

I heard the same and the main reason for that is probably because they're just starting all over again with the different cities. I'm refering to GTA3 which was set in LC and then the next was set in VC so it would be logical if it was set in Vice City.ssj4raditz said:

I saw a brief history of the series - GTA1 had three cities (LC, VC, and San Fierro - what became San Fierro in SA, anyway), and GTA2 was set in vaguely futuristic cyberpunk dystopia named Union City.
I'm pretty sure that the action will not ever move outside the U.S - Rockstar like their "OMG FAT COWBOYS!" jokes way too much. Ah well, it's not like Englishmen have national stereotypes anyone could satirize.sephiroth1991 said:

In a city with modern play mechanics, proper controls and no shitty escort missions, that would be cool.
