Didactic.
I have trouble restraining myself from stepping up and instructing people who are supposed to be either my colleagues or superiors, particularly in English classes and in music. (I'm a musician primarily, and this happens a lot in rehearsals, when I'll make comments to other people about how they're playing or something that usually would only come from the director.)
I might also go with Philanthropic. I make a point of being an atheist, but i also make a point of donating to charity quite a bit. (Like, 10-15% of my net paycheck, which admittedly is still less than i spend on games.)
