I know this topic has probably been done a hundred times but if you were stuck on a desert island what game, movie, book, and CD would you take with you?

I would pick the following:

1. The original Legend of Zelda (game)
2. The Great Escape (movie)
3. Band of Brothers (book)
4. The Jerky Boys 3 (CD)

CD: I own no CD (I don't overly enjoy music) so I'll use my CD to take another DvD from my Box set..

Game: Fallout New Vegas, plus all DLCs, even the ones that have yet to come out.
Movie: My DVD box set of Get Smart Season 4. If that doesn't count, I'll take The Usual Suspects.
Book: My Mom's Nook Color. If that doesn't count, The Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka. I need that for Summer Reading and I haven't been able to get it to load on my mom's Nook.
CD: Either "Nothing But The Best" Frank Sinatra album or a "Immersion" by Pendulum.

1. Minecraft (assuming I'll be there a long time)
2. The Godfather boxset. Failing that, the hilarious Ultimate Force.
3. The C++ Programming Language.
4. Bit of a cheat, but some Linux distro, as someone somewhere has probably gone to the trouble of getting the OS to run on palm trees. Hell, if you can do it with a potato as a power source, a desert island should be no problem.
