I somehow managed to get the build correct on my playthrough(I had some time to experiment) so by the time I reached the final boss I had just enough ammo and the right weapons. I was playing a stealth play-through on Give Me A Challenge but the biggest challenge - boss fight wise - was actually Barrett and the stealth lady whose name escapes me but once they were out the way, things got easier

I don't get it. Even if you're playing stealth, you should at least have some guns. I mean, I lugged around an explosive revolver and sniper rifle along with my silenced pistol. What else are you using your inventory space for?

Ummm... What waves of enemies? Maybe we've played a different game here, but I don't remember countless waves crashing down on me. Also, you don't really need to bring ANYTHING with you. Each of the game's bosses are beatable at the max difficulty with nothing in your inventory at the start. The game's got your back even if you bring absolutely nothing with you.

1. The rotating turrets - Just hide behind the first column ahead of you and shoot them when you can. This can be accomplished with any weapon without taking a single bullet. Seriously, you probably have some sort of a weapon with you? I did it with the regular Combat Rifle on Give me Deus Ex. If you for some reason don't have a single firearm, WHY THE HELL DIDN'T YOU PICK UP THE ONES IN THE ROOMS LEADING TO THE FINAL BOSS FIGHT??? Heck, I'm pretty sure that there is a Heavy Rifle just outside it. And I remember a Plasma Rifle or two earlier in Panchea.

2. The two "waves" of crazies - Gas grenades, any regular weapon, TAKEDOWNS. Seriously, there's what, total of 6 of them? Just pop some candy bars and go takedown their arses. Even easier if you have the Reflex Booster for the double takedowns. They are utterly harmless and you had to make your way through multiple swarms of them to get to the final boss so you shouldn't be a stranger to handling them. I just ate a Box of Candy, did a few double takedowns and was done with it. You don't need to hack anything, just run up to the big red buttons to open up the Bondage Girls and shoot them a few times.

3. The robots. There's 4 of them, I think. That's 4 EMP grenades. You have that, right? If not, what the hell are you carrying around in your bags? All the game's booze? Never mind then, do you have the Typhoon level 2? No, that neither? What did you spend your Praxis on then? Sprint upgrades? Ok, ok, you have a Grenade Launcher? Or a Plasma Rifle? No? Really? Then look in the two storage rooms that the previous waves of crazies came out of. There will be at least one EMP grenade there, as well as some weapons and ammo.

4. After the robots are down, the fight is over. You just take whatever you have and shoot at the glass protecting the Crazy *****. Then shoot at the Crazy *****.

It's literally the easiest boss in the game...

It's insultingly easy. It was insultingly easy on my stealth playthrough, on my run and gun playthrough, and my pacifist/foxiest of the hound playthrough.

1) Hit buttons on center pillar. Time it so that you avoid the turrets. Kill/knock out the girls in the tertiary pods.
1a) Two waves of crazies will come. Deal with em. There are some goodies in their little hiding places too.
2) Wait for the robots to pop out. Kill them. You can make Jensen do a little dance if you take cover and hit A and D in a rhythmic pattern. I suggest doing this while waiting for the robots to spawn.
3) Continue to do your dance, killing robots.
4) Once all the robots are gone, dance like its going out of style until glass protecting Zhao breaks. Hit her with a stun gun dart, or any gun really, and you're done.

If you kill the turrets at the start, you don't need to "dance" and avoid them. And you can kill them by just ducking behind the first pillar when the fight starts and shooting them when they're not looking.

Killing the turrets is entirely pointless really, since they blow up anyways once you get rid of the tertiary pods. You can easily open the pods without getting shot at by timing it correctly, even if you don't have the cloaking system. If you have the cloaking system, then its even easier. I think it's just a waste of ammo and time.

I beat the entire game with my 10mm pistol. I added on all the mods, then gave it all of my damage mods. Is a beast after that point. And i played lethal/stealth. You can do it man. i believe in you.

I played stealth + hacker, but I invested in emp sheilding, the rebreather, and flash protection. It was a good call as that made the boss fights much easier. I also played lethal, so that was easy. I had so many upgrade points by the end that I had almost all the hacking augments maxed as well (except fortify, that was useless). The boss fights were hard though, the second one took me more than a few tries.

I just took the plasma rifle from the 2nd to last boss and tore through the turrets and then zhao. Not that hard. Oh, and I was a stealth Jensen, so... The hardest for me was the 2nd one only because I didn't really have anything that did a whole lot of damage, so I just stun gunned her and then 10mm'd her till she died.

If you have the armor upgrade to not get affected by EMP grenades it makes it that the electricity on the floor not do anything. Allowed me to take my time with the fight.

Here's how I did it.

Go to a computer console. Do this either with good timing to avoid turrets or with cloak. Throw auto hack device on it. Pod opens. Lean out from cover when turrets are not facing. Kill lady creature in pod. Prepare for nutjobs. Kill nutjobs.

Rinse and repeat 2 more times.

Throw emps at the spider Tsao till she go bye bye.
I did it even easier. I hacked the thingy, opened the pod, ran to the place where you punch through two walls, punched one out and hid until she died. I had no idea you had to kill those three things :p

I ran around the final boss chamber hacking every computer I saw and pushing every button I could, then, after about five minutes of this, I decided to fire a few explosive revolver rounds into Zhao, just for the hell of it, and she died. Didn't have a clue what I was doing till I killed her.

I just hacked the machine, stood next to the electrified water to handle the bots and let loose with the grenade launcher. The first one broke the glass and I believe the next killed her. I put a few more in there just because the ***** deserved it.
The Federova fight was even easier. The door right before her room? Big fucking machine gun and lots of ammo. Just crouch down. Watch the HUD map for a red dot(that's her!), aim at where she's coming from and spin that minigun. She got nothing but vag-shots from a minigun from me and couldn't effectively hurt me enough to kill me b/c I was crouching. Easiest fight in the game

The last boss was so easy there is a panel on that center thing with the three people in it on the side with Zhoa its one of the 4 number code panels if you have a auto unlock use it or hack it then stand on on of the computers counters around the room or have the electricity protection upgrade and just wait for the glass to break then shoot her cut scene over.

Ok, How to easily beat [insert boss here], since everyone is giving out tips:

Barrett:
- Throw throw a gas cannister at him to stun him, then follow up with an explosive barrel or other explosive. Rince and repeat. Stunning also works with concussion/EMP grenades, the stungun or even fire extinguishers. (requires arm strenght aug)
- Bring a stungun with lots of ammo, fire once to stun him and keep shooting him until you win. He'll be locked into a perma-stun, powerless to fight back.
- Typhoon the sucker.

Federova:
- The stungun trick also works on her.
- Typhoon the *****.

Jaron Namir:
- If you time it right, you can perform an instant takedown on him while he's coming down from vaulting over one of the walls. One hit kill. If you mess up, his own takedown will probably get you killed though.
- If you had the chip installed your augments won't work during this fight. You can make things a lot easier however, by bringing a hacked turret into the boss room with you. Just make him uncloak in front of it and watch it tear him a new one.
- Typhoon the asshole.

Final boss:
- Use cloak and move towards the center structure. Stick close to it while you systematically lower and take out the three pods (hacking the computers linked to them makes things even easier, but is optional). keep EMP grenades or mine ready to take out any bot that shows up. Once done with that, just go hide somewhere until the glass breaks by itself. Move towards Zhao. Unload firepower. EMP Protection Aug is very useful in this fight.
- If you haven't noticed by now: the Typhoon solves problems.
