I purchased Deus Ex: Human Revolution for PC. I took the code that was on the receipt and put it into Steam. It says I have it but I can't access it. It maybe be because I have already beaten and left Hengsha. Is anyone else having this issue or any others they want to discuss?

You go back to Hengsha a second time, so that's probably not it.
Maybe you need to start a new game with it already installed?
