I'm surprised MGS4 didn't win any big awards. I expected at least Action game.

I belive LBP does deserve the awards as it is something new, it deserves to be recoginised before it dissapers under a tide of games whuich sum up as 'sweaty space marine man kills the wurld 9' im looking at you resistance and gears.

While I do think Braid deserves an award, I wouldn't count it as a casual game.

Aha! Well I completely mis-interpreted your italics, obviously. On the point, it seems to me that "casual" is being applied across the board to any game that isn't shipped on DVD to retail, or maybe it's the price point. But I'm certain that'll change over the next few years, as more and more games ditch physical retail, and find other ways of reducing their price point.
