WWF Smackdown. It refused to work when it was clean as a whistle, and no scratches whatsoever. Other games worked fine in the Playstation, not that though. I ended up using it as a coaster.

Crunched my copy of Persona 3 for ps2.The battle system is just so busted.Who's damned idea was it to make a turn based rpg Where its game over if the main character is tko'd.The number of times i had hours of progress wiped out by some scrubby little badies lucky shot.Finaly just got feed up it crushed it in my palm.Fifty bucks down the drain and cut my palm up pretty bad.Worth it.

I've gone through so many controllers for almost any system I owned, went through 3 Dreamcasts, and an X-box. I can't even remember why I broke them now.

It's weird though, I've never hurt my PC.

Two games. Company of Heroes (if you have internet on your computer) forces you to make an online account with them and forces you to download patches. You may not see the problem here but I have slow as hell internet. Took four hours of downloading to get like 8 patches for the game. I was so mad I ripped the game case in half and almost broke the game. Glad I didn't. And the second one was this U.S. Army game the Xbox. Took me two weeks to get to machine gunner and I was one mission away from being a Squad Leader I put the game in to do the last Machine Gunner mission. Game was unreadable. I ripped the game up rubbed it on the floor of my room. Then ripped it in half and threw it out the window.
