God you're an idiot... the point here is that he doesn't GET to have any of that experience... he's dying, life over at 15. Who are you, or anyone, to tell him what he wants to experience out of life before he dies?

And I can completely understand it.. when I was 15, sex was pretty damn high on my list of interests. Over a decade later, yeah there is a lot more to life then sex, and sex with meaningless partners doesn't interest me like it once did... but he's not going to be around long enough to learn that is it? It's not something you really teach.

You don't deserve a hat if that makes you proud.
Disregard things I say when they sound cruel, it's just that kid was cheated into thinking that life's true fulfilment was sex.

No that kid was cheated out of 60+ years of life to learn what lifes true fulfilment really is.

Do you people even listen to yourselves? I challenge you to walk into a dying kids room and say "hey, that sex thing? In 10 years you'd realise that it's not what you really wanted so don't worry about it OK? Yeah yeah I know you're dead in a month, but trust me, if you DID live, you'd thank me!"

He doesnt have time to form meaningful and lasting relationships with anyone - what he can do is at least experiance what is pretty much the most physical fun you can have with two people.. and for someone whos spent more time in a hospital then anyone should have to who are you to tell him it wasn't meaningful?

Well, you're a bit behind events. Check out my more recent comments, where I gain a clearer view of what happened and work towards righting wrongs. Sometimes, I think I have mild Multiple Personality Disorder. I wake up one day, and BANG, I'm not a nice person. Well, if there's anyone in the world who knows firsthand ALL the things you can do in life besides sex, its the people who make this argument.
It was his dying wish. He's sick, he can't skydive. He's stuck in a bed and had 15 years to experience as much as possible. Sex might not be very important to you, but you have a whole lifetime to do it. You have the luxury of putting off pleasure for thrills. In our society today we glamorize sex, being a virgin is a sign of inadequacy (40 year old virgin, anyone?).
I'm glad he got to do it. Sex is a ritual that every mature male experiences. He had to do it earlier because he wouldn't live to do it legally. Sure, you could argue that it's wrong or that he made a poor choice, but at the end of the day it's done and he probably died happy. Good for him.

PS I acknowledge that my first sentence was immature. sue me.

Yet another one of the people I have begun to call "First Page Pirates", reading my earlier comments and arguing against them without reading the rest of what I said. As I said before, I think I may have very mild MPD. (Multiple Personality Disorder). All I know is I wake up one morning and I turn into someone that's not a different person, just me, only this "Evil" side is willing to insult anyone for laughs. Weird huh?

First off, I think if you are going to die things like meaningful relationships are entirely useless as it'll hurt them when you go and you would have to watch them in pain whenever theys aw you.

Second, as a teenager sex is a HIGH priority and if he won't get it later than there is no reason to stop him now.
