Nintendo's franchises, Metal Gear and Sonic are all in the same universe.

Because Super Smash Bros.

aren't Catherine and SMT also set in the same universe?

Saints Row and Red Faction take place in the same universe. The Ultor Corporation exists in both and in one of the DLC missions on Saints Row 2 it's established that they've already started plans to open mines on Mars.

EDIT: Ninja'd

The dude from Catherine makes a Cameo in Persona 3 Portable, but I think that's it

I remember that one of the endings to Star Fox Command was where Fox and Falco buggered off and entered into the "G-Zero" racing league.

I think, was it Bob that said that Cthulhu (and Lovecraft in general) exist in the same universe as Conan? That one still weirds me out.

Personally I've always wanted to see an episode of Supernatural where Slenderman shows up.

A friend of mine and I have also recently been thinking how they should just mix the cinematic universes of Underworld and Resident Evil together. Because as much as I love each of those (terrible, terrible) franchises on their own, seeing Alice and Seline back-to-back on-screen, armed to the teeth and shooting all kinds silly monsters would be amazing. And can imagine the villain team-up between Bill Nighy and Wesker? That would be so cool! Hell, lets bring Lara Croft in on this, her movies haven't been up to much in almost a decade.

heres one not many people know of. the system shock universe is the same one one as crusader no remorse/no regret and is the past of the wing commander universe. a really old game but strike commander would probably be the base game of the whole origin universe
i would guess Ultima aswell(as it's there first game and it has links to the Wing commander games)

Although, I'm wondering if Tabula Rasa is linked in there somehow as well as Richard Garriott seems like the kind of person that would link all his games together in one universe.

It would make plenty of sense if Fallout and Metro 2033 were in the same Universe. While America was making the Valut tech shit, Russian was technologically stunted.
now, i see your logic, and agree it very well could make a LOT of sense. the big problem is this though.

in fallout, no nukes started flying until the climax of the america-china war.... in 2077. metro 2033 takes place in the namesake year, so it simply couldn't happen.

I like to think that Aquatic Language and Time of Eve are in the same universe because of the same director and heavy focus on robots and the 3 laws.

It's kind a of more a joke than anything but I like to imagine Daikachi(Bunny Drop) ran around with Onizaku(GTO) in his younger days. He looks like the kinda of guy who would have ran with a gang in his youth. Then he grows up somewhat and decides he wants out,not unlike Kouki(who was a punk who's straightened out by the time skip in Bunny Drop) who reminds Daikachi of himself. Then he builds a life as a salesman and then the events of Bunny Drop happen.

I hope that makes as much sense as it did in my head.

Imagine the Following:

Assassins Creed and The First Templar (or the Last Templar, forgot what the title was) are in the same universe.

ArmA and Frontline Commando are in the same univers (i believe they actually are)

All Final Fantasy games are in the same universe

Pokemon and Digimon are in the same universe

All Mega Man games are in the same univers

EVE: Online, Star Trek Online, SWTOR, SWG, World of Warcraft, and Half-life/Portal are in the same unvierse (Mostly because I would love to see what would happen if the Combine tried to take over New Eden. No 6-Hour War for them!)

The Elder Scrolls and Fallout, Metro 2033, and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. are in the same universe

Starcraft and Warhammer 40K are in the same universe

Mass Effect and Geometry Wars are in the same universe.

Long ago, far beyond the curtain of time and space, there were two beings: Unicron and Primus. The Destroyer and the Creator. Ultimate evil, and Ultimate good.

The two beings dueled for eons upon end, each blow shaping the universe. At the end, Unicron was defeated, but at the cost of Primus' life. With his dying breaths, he created the world of Cybertron, and its inhabitants, in case Unicron would ever rise again. Primus' spirit floated through space, drifting for billions upon billions of years. Until one day, it came across a small, green planet. Falling to this place, Primus split into two more beings: Celestia and Luna. The two new goddesses defeated the tyrant ruling there, and named the place "Equestria" for the inhabitants.

tl;dnr: Transformers and My Little Pony take place in the same universe.

This was slightly inspired by me and my friend playing as Frank and Chuck in Left 4 Dead 2, but Left 4 dead and Dead Rising in the same universe :)

I learned recently that Durarara!! and Baccano! take place in the same universe along with another series by the same author called Vamp!. I've only seen the anime of either series, but apparently in the manga, the info brokers in New York from the 1930's are in with "Orihara in Shinjuku" (so I guess Izaya is an immortal?) Then apparently one of the characters in the manga of Baccano! knows Celty, and Isaac and Miria were both in the background in an episode of the anime of Durarara!!.
