They can't be serious... I mean, who has the time to cook up this kind of complete fuckery?? No wonder their games are shit; it's nigh unto impossible to program anything worthwhile when your head's stuck up your own ass.

I wouldn't worry about it. It's like finding out you won the lottery but you get shit instead of money.

Serves 'em right! Most of them can't spell properly or use decent punctuation, and have you seen the kind of stuff they've upvoted on Steam Greenlight??

I take it they are american? I have tried to do a search on them but cant really find much except they appear to be delusional or/and are just trying it on. Of course I remmeber the storm in a tea cup that accompanied the slaughtering ground geez talk about throwing your toys out the pram.

I would say good luck to them if I believed they had absolutely no chance of succeeding but if they are in america I dont want to temp fate they love silly lawsuits over there more than most it seems so instead I will say I hope they get a result that is as satisfying and worthwhile to them as the slaughtering grounds was to those unfortunate enough to play it.

Also why does the slaughtering grounds have a different dev and publisher is it just a business thing and really they are the same people? because otherwise why would anyone have published it and attached their name to it?

I'm looking forward to the next escalation of DigiHom's saga.

I'm thinking the headlines will go something along the lines of "Digital Homicide threatening to summon Chtulhu from his aeons-long slumber if negative Steam reviews are not removed, H.P. Lovecraft rises from the grave to publicly disavow Romine brothers."

I bet there are only doing to as a justification on the hammer mill papers and clips they original purchased against Jim Sterling (mention in their Gofundme page). I mean what else can they used those for?

They're just doing it to stay in the public eye. The only reason anyone knows who they are is due to their attitude towards The Jimquisition's review of them.

They have clearly fallen into a state of extreme delusion. I don't think this is a publicity stunt, because they simply can not afford the legal fees and litigation that would and will fall back on them for filing unjustified court cases. These morons are just suing for the sack of suing, and hoping that in the process something will stick and they can walk away with a few million bucks.

I can't wait to see what ends up happening to them due to all of this.

How long until Steam banishes them to the furthest reaches of obscurity?

Also, where do these losers find the money?

Me neither. They must have a thing for handsome Fox avatars.

Um... could threaten to sue you if you want. Then you wouldn't feel left out.

Or would that be to patronizing?

This is true. I have seen people sue dead people, themselves, inanimate objects, and God. However, I have never seen someone sue a Fox.
