Ok, now I'm laughing. I never thought all "their" "games" would be removed. I wonder if they have a braking point to notice how amazingly stupid this all is.

They're just doing it to stay in the public eye. The only reason anyone knows who they are is due to their attitude towards The Jimquisition's review of them.
I think they are doing this because they are completely bonkers.

As well as the users they're suing Valve directly to attempt to force them to give up the Steam Users personal details, since they don't have any access to them. Needless to say Valve have taken this turn of events somewhat personally, Digital Homicide's entire line of products has been removed from Steam.

The 100 users essentially have nothing fear, to have any hope of touching them Digital Homicide and the Romine Bros have to go through Valve first, an optimistic plan to say the least.

Technically I should reedit my first post but whatever, this is a new post in regard of the recent development.

Here is what the brothers has got to say due their games being removed on Steam
http://www.digitalhomicide.ninja/

I guess I starting to feel some sympathy toward them if only the slightest since harrassment is never a good thing even toward bad people.

Granted on the other hand I am not falling for their victum ploy given to the statement never mention about them trying to get Steam to reveal the 100 people real names nor do their aknowledge their poor quality games due to their sheer subborness.

I mean seriously who the hell are the other Steam customers who were actually interested in our products??? That is bs right there given anyone who was gullible to had bought their games would had done so already before the removal!

"OH HEY! BTW, WE HAVE A BUNDLE OF 50 OF OUR GAMEZ TO CHECKOUT!"

Desperation, thy name is DigiHom.

Hmm. Not My Crapper looked promising.

I'm curious who they think will represent them. I was wondering where they were getting the money, and I guess the answer is there is none.

One would hope a company named "Digital Homicide" that made a game called "The Slaughtering Grounds" would be a bit more laid back and have a thicker skin than this...

I just thought of an end goal that Digital Homicide could have been working toward. Steam comments was a means to get this in the public... but what if they was hoping to flop so hard that the vulture commenters would attack them on a website they DID know the names and addresses of, and could sue?

Hell especially for harassment..

Say, what if they're just collecting the "Go kill yourselves" of everyone on Facebook. Since they have their stuff on Amazon, they are still a company, and could still sue as one in the state of Arizona. And seeing as they have Facebook commenters names, faces, and in most cases states. They could rewrite their Steam lawsuit, scratch out Steam for Facebook and actually legit sue people with legit harassment comments.
It's not a solid litigation strategy.

Think of all the instances of genuine, bona-fide internet harassment that have dominated clickbait media for the past five years. Now count how many of them successfully sued somebody.

The way it drops, you either get a judge who doesn't know what the Internet is, in which case he says "This technology frightens and confuses me!" and dismisses your suit outright, or you get a judge who does know what the Internet is, and he says "So what? It's Twitter."

Now they're trying to sue Valve.

I think they've lost it.

That, and the only place even willing to sell their bloatware titles.
Yay! Valve gave 'em the boot. About time, guess Valve only cares if bad press is involved in any way.

EDITED because its morning and coffee hasn't kicked in.

I didn't realize Digihom was representing itself against Jim. I assumed they had a lawyer. Wow, they're even more of a joke then I'd thought.

Nobody worthy of any sympathy was harmed. And only the lawyers made any money... The End.

Well, kind of hard for anybody to take them on. They tried to crowd fund hiring a lawyer to sue Jim but...people starter trolling them by donating amount so low that the donation will actually cost them money (since they have to pay some flat tax on each transaction or something). So...that crumbled down in a smoking heap. And they proceeded to represent themselves.

In this case, that would actually be puzzling for me. If they're trying to sell games, then I think being no one would be much better than being anyone with their reputation.
