Alienating yourself from good games is never a good thing to do. If you legitimately don't like a game, I'm perfectly fine with that, but if you don't play a game because what you think you know about the game makes you think its terrible well...like said a lot, don't judge a book by its cover. Only reason I say this is because back when Minecraft first came out, I was like most of the people and thought it was a shitty game because of graphics. I was never more wrong. Turns out its a wonderful game full of good design and (mostly) good enemies. I am not some diehard Minecraft fan, but any person with eyes can see it IS a good game.
As for me, I haven't ever played a Solid Snake game. Or any of the Silent Hill games.

'Fallout 3' is one of the most boring games I've ever played.
Thank god someone said it. I thought this game was alright while in the vault, but an hour after leaving, I got bored out of my mind. Sure its nice the worlds all big, but itd be nice if there was actually something there. Everything seems to drag on too.
I think its just slow to start. Once you are able to get the perk that gets you more ammo when you find it, the entire game feels a lot more open. Really though, i think its something you have to set your mine on. I'm currently trying to complete every quest for the Platinum Trophy in the game. I have Tesla Armor and a Plasma rifle. Only things that possibly give me trouble now are Super Mutant Masters
