you may be a noobtuber, a camper or a nade spammer. we all have our dirty tactics that we love, my personal favourite is in BFBC2 covering a quad (ATV in USA) with C4 and driving it into the objective instantly destroying it. it feels wrong but it gets the job done

so i ask my fellow escapees, what dirty tactics do you use?
Always wondered how it works, does it detonate itself then? Can this only work on MCOM stations or could I plow into a building and make it go boom?

I often return noobtube fire, rather than be the bigger man and shoot them.
I feel like an idiot, but what's noobtubing? XD
The grenade launcher attachment that can be put on guns, fires a powerful one hit kill nade, it takes no skill to use, it can be made more powerful and larger kill radius with "danger close" perk. (MW2 only)

Classes can be built so you never run out of ammo for it, they can be shot across maps and are extremely accurate in the right hands (I have started to get them through windows that I can barely see from the other end of the map).

The people in Halo call it the pro pipe 'cos they is so "1337".
Makes a lot of sense, but I think auiming through a near invisible window at the other end of the screen i pure skill man. The unlimited ammo and no need for aiming is bullshit, but the window shot.. well

Props given where props are deserved
Thanks, it's just about learning the arc it travels and if theres anything in the way.

This is how deadly a noob is and why it is so overpowered and hated,
TBH, thats what they deserve for camping an entire team in the bunker. if you camp in the bunker you are almost unstoppable
Unstoppable? It is easy to kill everybody in that bunker, the first rocket launcher, few noob tubes, sniper from a few positions, stun nade followed by a semtex or frag.

Danger close has to be on all of the explosive options though to eliminate the corner campers.
not if you go into my little spot behind those drum cans and with claymores at each door, i was in there and my friend was sniping from behind the bunker and we were unstoppable
I see that as a challenge, good sir! Although it would be unfair, me vs you two. If I had a friend or two I think we could get ya!

Actually use ultimate as Veigar. (in League of Legends)

Or rather, targeting nukers with it. ~600 dmg, + my AP (up to 1000) + their AP (if they're playing a nuker it's most likely at least 600) which makes it the single strongest attack in the game. Instant damage attack that is. :D

And when I combine all skills, including a stun, I can kill pretty much any non-tank alone! :D
Damn ninjad

And here I was looking forward to commenting on Veigars awesomeness :D

Well I will go with backdooring on, LoL, DoTa or HoN, it is dirty but sometimes you just have to
Aah, I remember a duel between me and a friend once... I kicked his ass, but then he (he was playing TF =.=") ported to my nexus, that only had half a turret (yea, when there's just 2 of you and someone dies the other gets a nice push) left, just as I was about to enter his base and destroy the undefended nexus. Talk about annoying backdooring there. He won. By seconds. <.<

I generally use the backburner on tf2 and charge on maps like dustbowl. Peopl rage a bit, but its an effective tactic, and the pyro is supposed to be an ambusher.

My opinion on cheap tactics, if the game developers put it in the game, its fair play. Yes, I will rage to myself in private when it seems unfair, especially when im about to get the kill on him, but if you wanna rage someone, rage the developers

One thing I cant stand though, People thinking their amazing at a game but use cheap tactics, and cant use a proper gun (generally with noob tubers) Your not good at a game if you cant adapt to different things in it.

If I can get a person frustrated, it makes them more vulnerable to any cool-headed tactics I may use. Funny, how crouching up and down on a person's avatar in games like Halo can create such frustration that a person will often just run out into the middle of the field, prime for a headshot.

There is a special place in hell for you.
In my defence, I don't play online, so I'm only doing it against the cheating bastard AI anyway ;)

The 6 pool Zerg rush. It's the very definition of cheap.

Did a lot of it on BC2 as well. Going assault and using a pump action shotgun with slugs and Magnum ammo. Pinpoint accurate, kills in 2 hits anywhere on the body (1 shot kill for headshots) and because it's not a sniper rifle, it's not affected by bullet drop. Whoops. By far my favourite though was tagging enemy snipers with a tracer dart as an engineer equipped with the Carl Gustav. Because the dart didn't drop and was pinpoint accurazte, it could hit them from the other side of the map. Then every friendly engineer equppied with either a Carl Gustav or RPG-7 gets a little box on their hud that they can lock on to. Begin bombardment.

The rifle mounted grenade launchers of Modern Warfare 2 are, I'm ashamed to admit, terrific fun.
I don't do it that much in case one of my friends actually notice. Don't think they'd let me live it down.

Oh, and Natascha from Team Fortress 2.
I know it's not really cheap, Valve put it in themselves after all that testing they do, but using it against something like a Scout or Pyro is both unfair and satisfying in equal measure.
On that note putting 3 docs on one heavy and having the heavy walk forward and take (pretty much) anything
That's not cheap...
That's genius!

I'm guessing spies really ruin that party, huh? I wanna go try it regardless.
keep a pyro in the group just stay behind the brick wall i.e the heavy the 3 medics heal him so fast that he can take shit all day long and survive, this is also fairly effective with 2 medics but 3+ you have a moving invincible killing machine not only that the doc can turn on the "superkillguy" mode and the other medics can then do the same to the pyro meaning that your moving wall just grew an invincible flamethrower. then hurry your ass to the capture point.
Its why I stopped playing TF2, all you had to do was juice up a couple guys whilst the round is about to begin and move forward.

Spamming engineers with flamethrowers in Company of Heroes. Yes, I know it's a horribly cheap tactic, but dammit it's the only way I've ever been able to hold off early-on Bren Carrier rushes.

In BC2 I like to play Squad Rush on the attackers sometimes, go assault and attach an all-class es weapon (usually the M1 Garand or G3) so i can use c4 on assault, use the explosive upgrades, and sneak around the defensive team. Then I sneak up to the crate and c4 bomb the crate. The defenders like to get overzealous and start getting near the spawn of the attackers a lot in squad rush so in a way its their own fault. Gets u the Ace Pin a lot. I dont car bomb in BC2 but I did a few times in the PC battlefield's

That's just common sense, I wouldn't call that cheap!

Sometimes I think there's no such thing as cheap players, only broken games.

EDIT:

Except Last Stand. Fuck Last Stand.

A dirty real life Military Tactic is, destroying one's resources(such as a dam, local town) to weaken morale.

I don't believe in "cheap" war. is. war.
Now, bad game design? making suicide kills a useful tactic? the fault of blame lies with the programmer who thought it'd be a good idea for a "realistic" game to be rewarding to those with unrealistic concepts of cost to benefit ratio.

Kamikaze doesn't happen to work so well as a tactic IRL. well; not for the individual soldier. -_-

Quick scoping on Bad Company 2 with red dot scopes and magnum ammo. One hit kill and always hits where the crosshair would be. Cheap but its a wide used tactic for non-sniper experts.
